    Amazing. Wouldn't go to Bulimba in the 70's unless you wanted a fight or you were completely lost!

      @@jilinzhe It was rough as guts! The Balmoral hotel was called the Balmongrel and they say if you couldn't get into a fight there you were just plain gutless. A lot has changed.

    Have any of you been to Brisbane? The Brisbane river winds through the city and has very few river crossings open to traffic. Bulimba is approx 8klm to the city, not 4 unless you take a river ferry. A bit misleading don't you think?

      Yes, agree. Because of the river, practically it is 8 to 9 kms by road. We should have mentioned it for more clarity.

      Yes, you are right. Due to privacy reasons we couldn't not use real property pictures without owners permission so we used stock images.

    Nothing like having an American mispronounce suburb names - woeful. You can keep this list.
