I do solo long distance riding and sometimes in pretty remote places (although not Noraly remote🙂) so I carry a tracker as well. They are nice to have because you can designate people you choose to track your location via satellite they also have a button you can press in an emergency that goes to an emergency response center so they can find you and send assistance. It makes me feel better knowing she has one with her
Next time try to go South Essaouira Agadir, Tiznit....and if you can try Dakhla (I kept you on the Atlantic ocean) and then try the Mediterranean coast citites ...and then try few nights in Merzouga, M'Hamid Lghazlan (and many other desert towns like Ouarzazate (Noraly tried to reach it for this trip but rugged terrain circumstances prevented her). Each city/ town is almost an independent state with different traditions and accents.
Desolate is an understatement! Very beautiful terrain and a vast area for the nomadic people of the region. Another rough day of riding, but you always accomplish your goal. Thanks for sharing your experience in Morocco. Ride safe Noraly!
The only solace I have for my anxiety watching these seriously dangerous moments is reminding myself that I am watching a video that I would be seeing only if you had successfully completed this treacherous streach. At some of these moments of narrow track along a steep falloff, you are literally riding right on the line between brave and foolhardy. You are doing an amazing job of not crossing that line.
No, 'they' recovered her Go-Pro & have posted the video in 'remembrance' . . . . . we shall all have our own favorite memories of Noraly . . . . . . . . . . oh . . . . wait, . . . . . . she's posting a new video . . . . . . . . Yes ! ! !

Noraly is absolutely fearless. That ride would be dangerous with a group of riders much less alone. All I could think about was her broken and removed chain guard!
Watching you ride trails like this is so stressful for me. I honestly don’t know how you do it. As a former motorcyclist, I put myself in your boots and my heart is racing! I cannot decide if you are extremely brave or completely crazy! LOL
You’re not alone! I also find watching this very stressful and often quite worrying. I find myself praying that her videos don’t suddenly mysteriously stop coming…
She is one of those extremely rare humans that can dig deep and find what it takes to excel. Most people reach a point of overload and they are far from doing their best. Push them too far and they'll shut down. The select few are at their highest level when the pressure is greatest.
Ridden TAT twice, most of the BDR USA routes, Alaska and back, and countless other adventure rides. BUT….I was never alone and always had my two other adventure buddies alongside. With a threesome you always have 3x the probability of failures, crashes, mechanical, and other emergencies….but you are never alone. I cannot imagine being “out there” and all alone like Itchy Boots….let alone the risks associated with riding through a foreign country’s badlands. And yes, those GoPro cameras utterly dumb down the complexity of the terrain….so if you think it looks tough from her GoPro video, it was 3x as scary in real life. KUDO’s Itchy….we love you….Godspeed to you.
That has to be one of the most dangerous trails Noraly has encountered and took tremendous grit, bravery and determination to complete. Edge of the seat stuff just watching. Great respect earned.
Congratulations on Women's Day Noraly. Incredibly interesting to follow you on your adventures. What is particularly interesting is how you show that the western idea of dangerous places for a woman to travel alone is not dangerous at all, wherever you go you are always welcomed with open arms and a friendly smile, and even if people have little so they are willing to share what little they have with a stranger. Is the eye of the sahara something you are considering visiting? Would like to see your observations and what you can say with your knowledge if this could be Atlantis. A friendly greeting from Norway

Wow!! Koodos! Noraly goes from a desert road in between 2 places to a dry river bed and walking path between 2 desert tracks. Then onto the narrow mountainside trail fit for a donkey or camel. And all the while the camera is so steady and calm. Amazing!! Such a warrior!!
Holy smokes! What a nail-biter. I watched it right before going to bed and my adrenaline got so high I think I got a second wind. @@robertgrey5993 It is somewhat apparent that it is mud/terracotta bricks with mud plaster (all local to the terrain).. there were also some intricate terracotta art-tiles embedded in some walls.. The use of angled and interspersed brick laying to create windows (*jaali*) is brilliant.
@@AnujValmiki Thank you. I am surprised that that that kind of brick and plaster will standup to the weather. I am also surprised at the number of buildings there are and the number of people there are considering how barren the area is.
The most courageous woman I have ever seen. I can’t wait to watch the next episode. Why on earth are you leaving the barely driveable main roads and going totally off road and how do you find your way to safety is beyond me though I used to think I was a good biker with more than 30 years of experience. Unbelievable… The perfect use of cameras, the detailed narration, the lovely giggling each time you encounter a hardship instead of cursing, the genuine kindness when talking to people… All amazing. Wow!
Hello Noraly, it is a real pleasure to accompany you on these journeys. I thought that Morocco only had sand dunes, but everything you show is incredible, that's beautiful!!!
Sjoe...there are some places that if you got stuck I don't think you would ever be found ! The last section down the mountain, off camber, loose stones and gravel looked very challenging indeed !! What a wild country ! One cannot believe people can make a living there.
Well most people don't live there since it is harsh and we all know Itchy Boots always try to stay remote and isolated from all the noise and crowded places
Words cannot describe your courage, there are strong moments that take your breath away in the midst of those dangerous mountains, we are really proud of you ❤ 💪
I’ve been following you when you went throught the dangerous roads in Guatemala. Never ever though that you would be in my country one day. Thank you for the beautiful views. Just one thing, Morocco has one of the toughest nature landscapes in the water , in the mountains and the desert. It has a history of explorers and professionals who lost their lifes or got severly injured trying to catch the beauty of the wilderness through their sports. We love you a lot and we hope mother nature has been forgiving this time too 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼. Stay safe, in Morocco we tend to ask the locals about roads condition more than relying on the maps. They give very good safety tips. Also there are some roads where even us experienced drivers decide to leave our cars and go with local drivers because they have learned each curve and hill by heart while we’re crying in the back seat😂. Best of luck to you and we’re really looking forward more of your videos in Africa ❤
Yep , Waze is one map I highly DONT recommend , as Moroccan who went with my family for the first time to Oukaimden , it took us on a terrible off road in the midst of snowy/rainny day ,we had to go up with no way of going back , it was the most beautiful view ever but the scariest thing ever .
Those last few minutes are downright terrifying. There’s no turning back, no alternate route. My heart was in my mouth through some of that highly “technical” stuff.
This looks so dangerous but I think the most dangerous one I recall is when she crossed the stream of water heading downhill in Bolivia. That was scary! Noraly is amazing.
OUF!! Quel épisode rempli d'émotions, seulement qu'à regarder, j'en ai toutes les mains moites...Toute l'expérience acquise en rallye prends ici toute son importance. Championne Noraly!!
Just heard on the news Sep 9, 2023 about earthquake in the Atlas mountains and remembered this episode and had to revisit it. Tough area and sad for the hardships people are experiencing
That's the very essence of adventure riding, isn't it? Wow! 🤩 And what a fantastic scenery! A thriller of an Itchy Boots episode! 🤗😍 Loved every second of it! 🤗²😍³
That is some beautiful country. Very rugged, but still beautiful in its own way. Noraly, you never cease to amaze me with your spirit of adventure and the courage you show when you are going through the middle of nowhere like you do. It is very admirable. It is just so amazing to get to see all of the places where you travel. Thank you. You are expanding my view of the world and the people in it.
Noraly, TODAY was a true adventure! We were gripping our chairs and actually stopped breathing… Thank you for carrying us Alabamians along on your greatest adventure yet 🫣😬 You are amazing!
Wow, what a rough tough ride on the narrow, steep mountainside!!! Sjoe my heart was in my mouth when you were lifting her with a stone next to the front wheel to stop her sliding! Must also mention the music used on the ride in the vast plain, it so mirrored the desolate landscape. Desolate but stunning. Awesome ride Itchy Boots!
So there are NO ROAD SIGNS in Morocco, eh ? Immediate concern as this video began. As a LONGTIME viewer I feel personally at risk, riding along with you in these desolate, yet beautiful conditions. Huffing and puffing along with you as the struggles continue. Although I’m perpetually impressed with all you do and all the substantial difficulties you conquer, I always return to what my thoughts will be as the video concludes. For me Morocco has been the most surprising of destinations because I didn’t know what to expect. I must say that, given the difficult circumstances you’ve encountered here, you must have needed a little break between the end here and the finished video you have completed. And through it all, we still hear that encouraging little giggle as you struggle mightily where many of us may call it a day. I’m SUCH A FAN, NORALY !…❤❤Rick
If you were "SUCH A FAN" as you claim, you'd know that being the adrenaline junkie she is, she always opts for unpaved marginal mountain roads for the sake of off-roading

You have to be very strong both physically and psychologically to have the confidence and courage to handle these situations. Every day I am surprised and learn about Noraly's riding skills, but above of that I see the importance of balance in mind, body and machine.
As I was watching this episode, I began to feel very much stress watching you struggle on the narrow dangerous trails. Then I realized that you published this video after you made your way to the next town. You're not injured or stuck somewhere, yet. I feel better now. That's enough excitement for me today. I have great confidence in your skills after watching you cross several continents. I think you intentionally fall down sometimes just to scare us. Thanks for bringing us along.
Noraly, I’m exhausted just watching you navigate this very loose and dangerous track. You continue to impress all riders with your tenacity and bravery. All the while maintaining a positive attitude and your infectious smile. Great video. Ride safe, Dan 🏍✌️🇨🇦
Thank you Noraly on behalf of armchair explorers everywhere. This episode reminds me of riding my Hodaka Ace in California's Mohave desert many years ago, very similar terrain, unforgiving and very tough what with all the scree. Still in the end, overcoming is it's own reward and the fun returns after you whip it. Someones looking out for you tho, the mirror and windscreen are still intact. Cant wait for the next installment...
There is a saying in the US that when we go adventuring whether on foot, motorcycle or bike, or whatever, it goes something like this... "Are we having fun yet?" And when we get into a problem we ask each other that question... I think it is very appropriate in your situation... And my hat is off to you for your desire for out-of-the-way adventure...
Please be careful Noraly, your really out in wilds in this episode and it's scary sitting at home watching you. Please take care. You got spirit and spunk ,hats off but look out for yourself too.

If there's one expression missing from Noraly's vocabulary, it's 'giving up'. Amazing how you push through the harshest terrain and also enjoy the challenge.
OMG! I can't ride a bicycle on that road but yo ride a big bike instead.... Releasing this video on international women's day has given the day much more meaning.
I was in that predicament last week on my 750, bike went down in such an awkward place that there was a rut, bike was flat and had no footing, had to drag the bike down the by around 3 to 4 feet, before I could get her back up, but we grin and bare it for the things we love to do, all the best Norally
Well, that sure turned into a hopping up and down in my chair and gasping episode! Shades of other mountains you've almost got plunged off - whoot! Also, the erosion patterns in those mountains is endlessly fascinating, as well as the blending in towns.
I would have to say this is the first time where I really felt scared for you. Riding in the ruts of that steep mountain trail looked very precarious. I felt like I was there cheering you on but also saying “whoa, careful now”. Great riding!
Oh my goodness - this was a nailbiter of a ride right after leaving the town into the desert road. Once Noraly gets into the mountain road which seems to be a misnomer as it is just a dirt track that it skirts the mountain to the point where you are barely hugging onto whatever ledge that will allow you to continue on ... Ay-yay Yay Caramba!!! GO ITCHY BOOTS, GO !!!
What amazing scenery - so beautiful and I too love the way the houses blend into the landscape! That road looked impossible , I could hardly watch, had to keep reminding myself that I wouldn't be watching if you hadn't made it through!

Absolutely wonderful scenery , so stark and majestically beautiful.
Watching you get through all that loose rock and sand is more thrilling than a suspense movie! I'm so glad you passed throught it Noraly!
Same here, I was on the edge of my seat watching that episode! I was definitely thinking that I’m seeing this because she made it, she’s amazing!
My exact thoughts too. I've been there and done it, but in a group of 3 or 4.
No, 'they' recovered her Go-Pro & have posted the video in 'remembrance' . . . . . we shall all have our own favorite memories of Noraly . . . . . . . . . .
oh . . . . wait, . . . . . . she's posting a new video . . . . . . . . Yes ! ! !
@Rebel SIA - nice Harley ! & enjoyed Angelo Kelly family singing 'West Virginia'! YOU may enjoy a 'little' gal from Norway, Angelina Jordan. Check her out @ Norway's Got Talent 2014 !
I'll go for the latter lol.
She’s both and a lot more 😂
She is one of those extremely rare humans that can dig deep and find what it takes to excel. Most people reach a point of overload and they are far from doing their best. Push them too far and they'll shut down. The select few are at their highest level when the pressure is greatest.
Just capable,I'd say. Her body balance must be so synchronised. Also her energy levels are strong.Must be why "brekky" is a fave.
Noraly please be safe.....we admire your hard work & courage keep going & all the best
I realize now, you do not need a road, you make your own. Hats off to you. And thanks for taking us along on such amazing trip.
"you never know how strong you are until being strong is the only choice you have" , That's all I can think of watching the end of the video .
You're so inspiring , so brave and strong ✨ stay safe
All I can say is "AMEN" to your quote & also to your statement of being so inspiring, brave & strong - I am 75 (yoa) & this young lady is just unbelievable in oh so many different ways.
The tracks you lead us on, the life you show us 😊
Thanks Noraly
The IronWoman of Morocco mountains, wow!Noraly is the BEST👏👏👏
Brilliant, you stated "road!" when over a million followers thought 'rubble', hilarious moment within an incredible video where my heart was in my mouth. Seriously inspirational Noraly, THANK YOU
Rough, challenging ride! Every time Noraly gets into a precarious or stressful situation, l have to remind myself she's safe. All is well. We're several episodes behind! Lol ... what a relief. Phew!
Stunning views. Love those earthly hues, different colour tones and textures of these desolate landscapes. Quite magical - especially with that music. Great episode Noraly! 👏 Hope you rested after that hard days ride! 😎
A literal Cliffhanger! The Perils of Noraly. What a great test of your skills. I would have been lost first, then over a cliff later. Thanks for taking us along, and Happy Trails!
Wow!!
It's so hard for me to watch you hang off the side of a mountain and it's so death-defying! I remind myself of all of your experience, but still I know you're alone and I love you and don't want to see anything happen to you. You are incredibly Brave and I admire you beyond words!
For one second I saw the left mirror broke.🥺. Aww! Noraly the way you explore the world is unique cuz nobody would go where you go. I love it. Thank you.🙏🙏🙏
@@jimmyrosen9424 She is a master.
Happy Women’s Day Noraly! Hello from India! 🇮🇳 thank you for inspiring and motivating us to get outside and see the world!
Safe travels!
Happy woman's day 🥰✌️🐶
I was only thinking this morning that Noraly is a wonderful ambassador for woman's day!
Noraly, can you find out what those houses are made of?
@@robertgrey5993 It is somewhat apparent that it is mud/terracotta bricks with mud plaster (all local to the terrain).. there were also some intricate terracotta art-tiles embedded in some walls.. The use of angled and interspersed brick laying to create windows (*jaali*) is brilliant.
@@AnujValmiki Thank you. I am surprised that that that kind of brick and plaster will standup to the weather. I am also surprised at the number of buildings there are and the number of people there are considering how barren the area is.
That drone footage and music were spectacular! Thank you for sharing your adventures! Godspeed!
The most courageous woman I have ever seen. I can’t wait to watch the next episode. Why on earth are you leaving the barely driveable main roads and going totally off road and how do you find your way to safety is beyond me though I used to think I was a good biker with more than 30 years of experience. Unbelievable…
The perfect use of cameras, the detailed narration, the lovely giggling each time you encounter a hardship instead of cursing, the genuine kindness when talking to people… All amazing.
🇿🇦👋👋
Здравствуйте, Трогательно, через Вас, для, Noraly, Берегите себя..., под впечатлением...
Alone to travel miles, equipped with your courage and above all a unique audacity in the face of danger.
A great respect Noraly.
Those last few minutes are downright terrifying. There’s no turning back, no alternate route. My heart was in my mouth through some of that highly “technical” stuff.
Found yourself some pretty scary roads again 😳 Stay safe!
Tu as raison .Son parcours est vraiment très dangereux et angoissant
Just heard on the news Sep 9, 2023 about earthquake in the Atlas mountains and remembered this episode and had to revisit it. Tough area and sad for the hardships people are experiencing
Same! Unbelievable what those people have gone through. 🤲🏼
One of your absolute best ever!!
You are tough as nails woman!
Beyond impressive!
That's the very essence of adventure riding, isn't it? Wow! 🤩 And what a fantastic scenery! A thriller of an Itchy Boots episode! 🤗😍
Loved every second of it! 🤗²😍³
Respect for daring to ride these hard and difficult tracks on your own. No help in sight when you crash in the middle of nowhere.
Brave, brave, brave - and that's just me for watching. Stunning landscape, scary road - just another day for Noraly!
It's definitely very hard. We cannot even call it "off-road", it's off-everything, totally vulnerable situation. Pure learning! Go ahead Noraly!
I admire your will and determination.
The fact that you keep a smile on your face while you persevere is a testament to your resolve.
Noraly, TODAY was a true adventure! We were gripping our chairs and actually stopped breathing… Thank you for carrying us Alabamians along on your greatest adventure yet 🫣😬 You are amazing!
Respect and even more respect. I’d be heading for the nearest tarmac. My utmost admiration for you Noraly.
Noraly is a very courageous woman. I admire her.
🇮🇹 Here WE are, folks! Gooood Afternoon, Noraly, Internet, sisters and brothers, let’s goooooo, as usual! 🇮🇹
Good morning ✌️🥰
She's the one who chooses the rough roads to feel the adventure.
Morocco has a good infostructur.
There are road signs.... on the main roads lol
Keep in mind that she is the one choosing the most remote roads and avoids all main roads that's why there are no signs because nobody uses these.
If you were "SUCH A FAN" as you claim, you'd know that being the adrenaline junkie she is, she always opts for unpaved marginal mountain roads for the sake of off-roading
@@GaryM67-71 no buddy you are completely wrong , we have one the best infustracture in africa just not everywhere cause we don't like wasting money on useless places that nobody goes to , and even in europe you wouldn't find signs in remote places like these
her life is at the edge of a knife. watching Noraly going down along the steep cliffs is something that can't be said through words.
Words cannot describe that treacherous road. If you happen to fall the wrong way it could be over. Happy trails, Noraly.
Welcome to morocco
one of your followers liked the way you go It s very good
Thank you for taking me along!
The forever, ever road. Amazing. Thank you for the journey.
I am very happy that you went to my city and my country, which I love. Thank you very much for this very beautiful content Muraly 😍😍
Beautiful county ❤️🐶
And also my city

My Goodness! That Was Tense! My Body Was So Stressed On That Narrow Loose Rock Trail!
This girl is tough , and her sense of adventure is just amazing
Please be careful Noraly, your really out in wilds in this episode and it's scary sitting at home watching you. Please take care. You got spirit and spunk ,hats off but look out for yourself too.
Noraly...this is Award Winning photography, narration, documentation and bravery. 🏆🏅
Absolutely fantastic !
May all your journey's be Blessed with Protection, Joy and Adventure in Jesus Christ name. Amen. 🙏
Well said 🙂 - I lift her in prayer for Angels to guard and protect her.
If there's one expression missing from Noraly's vocabulary, it's 'giving up'. Amazing how you push through the harshest terrain and also enjoy the challenge.
Drama ,Suspense , Grandeur, Humanity...Great Video; you're an artist!
Thanks Noraly for the ride, stay safe 👍🏻😎🏍️
Oh my goodness - this was a nailbiter of a ride right after leaving the town into the desert road. Once Noraly gets into the mountain road which seems to be a misnomer as it is just a dirt track that it skirts the mountain to the point where you are barely hugging onto whatever ledge that will allow you to continue on ... Ay-yay Yay Caramba!!! GO ITCHY BOOTS, GO !!!
Spectacular landscapes, thanks Noraly for showing them to us. You are a really great and brave pilot. Congratulations
What amazing scenery - so beautiful and I too love the way the houses blend into the landscape! That road looked impossible , I could hardly watch, had to keep reminding myself that I wouldn't be watching if you hadn't made it through!
Wow!! You know how to give us heart flutters. That looks like an insane road to follow.
Wow Noraly, that is one really rough and dangerous route. Thank you for some stunning views on the way.
Brave Woman, congratulations from Taroudant Morocco
Gracias Noralys!
OOOOh Noraly, That loose rocky stretch of the track was the very definition of insecurity. Made me sweat and feel weak in the knees. Your extensive riding experience has given you both the skill and confidence to deal with stuff like this. Switching gears, so to speak, thank you for showing us the hospitality of the Moroccan people. What a beautiful example to us all !
Norlay, thanks for making us all a bit nervous for your safety ;). I have complete confidence in your ability to overcome any situation presented to you in these adventures.
This episode had me sitting at the edge of my seat. Like waiting for the bomb to go off in a melodrama movie. YIKES!!
Another very tough and potentially dangerous track, and as usual Noraly conquered it with only slight damage to Alaska. My heart rate and breathing also increases as I’m watching Noraly persist and make it through the challenging parts of the ride. Congrats Noraly once again. Stay safe, Dan. ✌️🏍🇨🇦
