God I can't imagine how awful it must feel knowing you're a burden on your loved ones; knowing your own simple existence makes everyone else's day harder. Coupled with the physical manifestations of the disease, this guy has endured more than the vast majority of humans in history. For him to still fight on, made props Steve. You are a blessing.

I met a lady not to long ago and her husband had ALS and passed and drained all their bank accounts to stay alive and live with no consideration to her ...some with ALS want to decline all TX and die quicker to take the burden off the family.. it's an individual decision and one no one should have to make ever.
He is truly an inspiration to those with ALS. My mother in law was diagnosed over a year ago now and his foundation has helped get her the equipment she needs to make her life easier day to day. We are thankful for them.
