I bought 2 fuel pumps from Oreilles auto parts and neither one worked took them back got 2 more and they didn't work either, got 2 more that didn't work, then when to Autozone and got 2 and both of theirs worked. So just because it's new that doesn't mean they work. Take the line loose at filter and make sure they are pumping first. Also there is 3 fuel pumps, one in each tank and one on the line closer to the engine. A new oil sending unit will help with the oil pressure, it is located next to the oil filter. The biggest problems I've had are the EGR (that controls the choke) and had to replace the distributor, if you have to keep rebuilding the distributor every year or two, you may need to just replace it.

Thanks! But it's kinda messed up you didn't give your fuel system new fuel to consume.

Now did yours have the in tank high pressure. OR was it the low pressure then has a on frame high pressure?

Three pumps...one low pressure in each tank...one high pressure pump on the frame rail.

@@SteveAZ711 I’ve got a similar setup on my 88 f150, think it’s possible to convert to a single high pressure?
