It is a recipe of classic mitarashi dango and arranged colorful dango 🍡
Shiratama-ko and rice flour are blended to make a chewy but crispy and easy-to-eat dumpling ♩

Mitarashi & Anko 8 bottles
~ Dango ~
【material】
・ Shiratamako 100g
・ Water 140-170g
・ Rice flour 50g
☆ How to make
①. Put Shiratamako in a bowl, add 140g of water little by little and mix with a rubber spatula.
②. Add rice flour and mix, and when it is gathered to a certain extent, knead it by hand and add the remaining water to make it as hard as an earlobe.
③ .32 Divide into equal parts and round. (This time, each piece weighs about 9g. The weight changes depending on the water absorption rate of the Shiratamako and rice flour used.)
④. Boil plenty of water in a pan, add ③ and boil. When it comes to the surface, reduce the heat to low and boil for another 3 minutes.
⑤. Put it in cold water to remove the rough heat.
⑥. Put water in a cup to wet the bamboo skewers, and stab four dumplings from which the heat has been removed.
⑦. For the two mitarashi dango, heat the frying pan over medium heat and slightly brown both sides. (If you have one, I recommend a frying pan for fried eggs! If it is not Teflon-processed, apply a light oil!)

・ Shiroan 120g
・ Matcha powder 3g
・ Purple potato powder 3g
・ Strawberry powder 2g
・ Appropriate amount of water
◎ Mitarashi sauce
・ Potato starch 4g
・ Soy sauce 15g
・ Mirin 5g
・ Sugar 30g
・ Water 35-50g
☆ How to make
①. Make 3 types of red bean paste.
Matcha powder, purple taro powder, and strawberry powder are each dissolved in a small amount of water (about 2 to 3 teaspoons), put in 40 g of white bean paste, and mixed well.
②. Put each in a piping bag and squeeze two each. (You can also apply it with a spoon!)
③. Make mitarashi sauce.
Add potato starch, soy sauce, mirin, sugar and water to a pan, heat over low heat, mix well with a rubber spatula and boil until thickened.
④. Plenty of entanglement with the grilled dumplings.
