Luckily my mind doesnt wander off over food and canada but yes while chanting I try to hear the mantra. Only difficulty is that I cant stop thinking about not to think anything while chanting. Its very difficult to control the mind from not thinking anything.🥵

Meditation is a method of other yugas, not Kaliyuga, in one place Amogh Lila Prabhu says that we should call out to Sri Sri RadhaKrishna while chanting... We don't yawn or be distracted while calling someone, after all. I am a neophyte and am also trying to apply this practically And this works for me, very nicely

I am confused soul, most of the times i am wondering about making sense of Philosophy and thinking about what i need to do or how people are not understanding me, is krishna understanding me?....and so many thoughts...mostly i am in dream world not even thinking about any immediate practical duty..🙄😖 But there is one wonderful experience i have...while attending classes i chant side by side..it doesn't aid my chanting, but is helping me to focus on studies... currently studies have become a heavy burden upon us 😔...only reason i am not seriously depressed and still doing something to study..is chanting🥰
