FHP troopers chase wrong-way driver on I-275 in St. Pete

Troopers say 27-year-old Cynthia Serrano Roncal was driving northbound in the southbound lanes. They say they executed two pit maneuvers to stop her.

After seeing that video. She should get a mandatory 20 years in prison!!!!
The American justice system is out of date.
I don't want a person like that to kill me!!!!!
