Everything looks great on you! I think you should show us when products don’t work. You don’t need to tell us the brands names but just what a bad hair day looks like because it always looks like everything works for you.
I think it's because influencers use a lot of products of different types and brands so at the end everything works cause the hair is "conditioned". I bought NYM curl talk conditioner and gel cause the reviews made me love it. But the rice water complex dried my hair. Found outmy hair is protein sensitive. Notince did the videos Iwarched mention it. Thats why I'm now hesitant to buy. I love watching reviews but don't want to buy them now.
She has had a few videos where she didn't like the product she used but there was something in the product line she was ok with Not sure if you feel my comment goes with yours but yeah and you also have to think of the fact that her hair is very healthy so its still possible for even the worst products to do well except for maybe with frizz control, cleaning the hair, or moisturizer retention just going based off what she has said in a previous video🙏🏻
@@toobi154 yes you're right! I have seen a lot of curlies use the mousse from that line because almost all, if not all, of the youtubers said that it will be for all curl types and it felt so sticky on my hair even if I added just a little bit. So I'm just careful with what I buy and do my own research.
@@toobi154 The exact thing happened to me! The curl talk NYM conditioner dried my hair out sooooo bad! Also cause me to have a lot of shedding/breakage.
I love having products that smell good, but it would be nice for brands to have fragrance free lines as well for those who don't want or can't have fragranced products! Plus, if the fragrance isn't a good smell, but the product is good, then the fragrance free line can be used 😁
Yes!!! I’ve heard so many good things about Shea Moisture but I HATE the smell of their products and it’s strong enough to the point where I can’t ignore it. If they had a fragrance free smoothie I’d be sooo happy.
It is nice to be fragrance free, because I have a fragrance allergy, but there are so many cross reactors, and Shea butter is one, which sucks that means I can't use this brand
@@britneymendoza3677that's great to hear, I have a fragrance allergy, I get migraines, breathing problems, rashes, I have Balsam of Peru allergy, and it sucks, it's isn't only fragrance it's many things that are natural, like cinnamon, citrus peel, sage Shea butter, and so many I mean many more, it's hard to deal with when the rest of the world loves fragrance
My 14 year old is in such a sad place of hating her curls!! I ordered this product for simplicity and will say it makes it so EASY with the 1,2,3 steps. We have done the deep conditioner as a treatment and use the oil on the ends...it is amazing. I am soooooo happy you were able to review this product in multiple videos, different tips and techniques.
Love this brand!! Remember less is more!! The styler Re-activates with Water SOOOO just apply Water to restyle day 2 or 3 curls before just adding more product
I’m getting ready to try this product due to sensitivities and multiple allergies. Hopefully, I will be able to use these products to add to my other fragrance free products. People with food allergies also have to check each ingredient to be sure there are not allergens hidden within the products. It’s a pain but if you ever had an anaphylactic reaction, it a must!
I don't know what kind of allergy you have, I always thought I was sensitive and finally got tested 3 years ago I have a fragrance allergy called Balsam of Peru, and I cannot use Shea butter or so many other things it really really sucks
Finally !!!!! I am lucky I have no allergy to the heavily scented fragrances, yet I am so tried of smelling like my hair for days! I have even tried to neutralize heavy scented using essential oils. Sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.Lus products worked on my hair when completely wet. But the fragrance is too much for me. So I am somewhat encouraged that finally some hair influencers are finding and advertising the Fragrance Free products that work on curly hair. As you just showed, unscented, fragrances free, no scented body and hair products can be sold when publicized in an imaginative way and manufacturers can make a ton of money. I hope they will start listening. There is a real push for this so Thank You.
I have a love-hate relationship with fragrance in hair products. I love it while I'm doing my routine bc it smells lovely but I regret it as soon as I am done because- migraines. My compromise is to use fragranced shampoo and conditioner and unscented stylers and so I get the best of both worlds. So like, it smells pretty during styling but most of the scent is done afterwards and doesn't trigger a migraine :P
How did your hair hold up later in the day and the next day? Have used the LUS cream in the past and loved it, but found it lasted longer when I used a gel also. Btw Your hair always look great in your videos.
If you diffuse your hair as soon as you get out of the shower, the curly formula will have a cast but your curls still might separate by the end of the day. The kinky/coily will have a cast whether or not you diffuse.
Every hair styler I've tried with fragrance makes my skin go red, dry, peel, and flakey @_@. Really glad people are making more fragrance-free stylers and not just shampoos and conditioners.
I love fragrance-free options and wish more brands would do this, or at least cut back on some of the strong floral/patchouli-funks. For veedeeo ideas, just out of curiosity on how they'd suit you, I'd like to see you try some of my recent faves, bc I love the Curlmix Flexi Jelly and get similar results with these: The Mane Choice Ancient Egyptian Gel, their Biotin Crystal Orchid (old formula, not the brand new Alpha one with silicone -- why Mane Choice, why?), and Curl Junkie Pattern Pusha gel. All give me beautiful soft curls & decent hold. Wonder if you'd like 'em too? xoxoxo 💖💖💖
No matter what you use, your hair is always beautiful. Stunning results again! Strong Smells give me migraines so this is a fantastic recommendation for me, thank you ❤️

I love fragrance free, most hair products have strong scents and I’m allergic. Oh I didn’t know there was a difference in unscented and fragrance free. I like the idea of 3 products.
I know I was sensitive to fragrance since I was 17, I'm 46 now I barely got tested 3 years ago, I have a fragrance allergy called Balsam of Peru, and it's so much more than just Frances, it's even tomatoes, cinnamon, sage, Shea butter, benzoyl, and many many more cross reactors

I literally just got my LUS order in the mail yesterday! I ordered the original Curly line. I'm really excited to try it:) I'm usually a gel girl as well, but I'm excited to try the styler.
I'm the worst. I generally don't purchase skincare products with fragrance, but my hair products are allllll loaded up with it 😂 Curls has a few products without fragrance though! I have the goddess curls gel (very light hold/no cast), and really like it.

I can see these products being helpful to prevent attracting mosquitoes! They are already VERY attracted to something in my blood so I don’t need the fragrance in my hair attracting them too!
I’m so happy they came out with a fragrance free line. I used their products before and it made my curls look beautiful but I had an allergic reaction. So this is great.
I need to try these products yet. Thanks for reviewing for us. I have a REQUEST... can you please show us how much hair do you lose while detangling? I mean your hair is pretty healthy, mine is getting there but in the mean time it feels as if I am still loosing a lot if hair.
Your hair looks Gorgeous!! So bouncy and fluffy!! I like the idea of fragrance free because I use essential oils in my shampoos and conditioners. When a shampoo and conditioner already says that it has essential oils in it I am not sure if it is a quality essential oil. My favorite brand is YL and I would prefer to add them to the shampoo and conditioner. I can't wait to try it.
I have been researching on skin products and fragrance is the worst to use on skin especially for sensitive skin. It’s been very difficult to find curly products without fragrance. Looking forward to trying lus. Thank you
Love this option, I suffer from migraines and on migraine days that fall on I must wash my hair this would be a good option to have in my stash! Thank you beautiful lady😻
Switch it up suggestion for Bianca, try not adding any styling products to your hair after a wash. Maybe just a leave in for moisture but no gel, curl cream/activator, mousse or anything with a hold. It would be nice to see your results.
It’s interesting that there are now fragrance free products. Also , I have product amnesia too, I washed my hair yesterday with a product I haven’t used in a while as a switch it up and got amazing hair results!
Wow 🤩...I wish this was around or I had found this when I was pregnant last year. I was hunting to find fragrance free curly hair products because every scent made me nauseous but I couldn’t find any and so I neglected my hair. I love the results
I've really been wanting to try LUS but I hadn't seen your review of it so I haven't bit the bullet yet. After watching this I'll definitely be giving it a try. That cream styler is really working for you mama!
I love that you reviewed fragrance-free products❤ (for those of us that have allergies). Do you have any advice for a white woman who has both curly and wavy hair texture? Any thoughts on whether I should buy these products for wavy or curly hair?
Can you show us how you dried? Did you diffuse? Air dry? Put it in a towel? I use lus and I cannot find the best way to dry my hair to keep them defined.
I haven't used stylers in a year since I started working from home and don't really see the point in having pretty curls if no one is going to see them, buuuuut... I kinda want to try that cream now 😂
You should try using the Kristen Ess fragrance free line from Target. I love using their fragrance free shampoo as a clarifying shampoo. I just started using their deep treatment mask and I’m getting good results so far.
As a person with chronic migraines, I need fragrance free products. It's vegan friendly cruelty and gluten free as well so I'm definitely gonna check this out!
In your very first original LUS video you also said those smelled like nothing. 🤨 I was surprised when I bought it by how overwhelming the perfume in it is. Hopefully this time it REALLY smells like nothing. I like the products so if I repurchase will definitely give this version a try.
So Mrs Bianca Renee, I’ve noticed how the majority of the products you’ve experimented with and tested have worked for you but I have a question for you.... how would you feel about using your favorite shampoo and conditioner but not styling your hair after the shower and just letting it airdrop? This is a question I saw from Rizos Curls as a method to understand what is needed to make your hair better (ex: does it need moisture or volume or more definition after showering) and I think it might be a fun video idea because I’ve tried it and it’s help me understand my hair a little bit better but the decision is up to you🤷🏽♀️ PS. I love your videos✌️😙💕
You should try Sydney Lynn’s “no scrunch” challenge! Just use a styling brunch without scrunching. It sounds crazy, but I switched it up from my usual routine of always scrunching and actually LOVED my results.
I love anything fragrance free. My skin and scalp is extremely sensitive, so with the wrong kind of fragrance in it, I'll be itching all day. I'd love to try LUS, especially now that they went global and I can actually order it in Europe. But I'm not sure if I need their curly or kinky line since I'm a mix. Their website said I should go with kinky, but I'm more curly than kinky. I'm a 3C/4A girl
I love your hair videos! I just watched Sarah Ingles new video about how everything we know about moisture in the hair might be wrong. Actually, our hair doesn't even need water?! It is super scientifically based and i would love to hear your opinion on this.
More cream stylers would be nice. Follow up videos would awesome - may be after a few weeks a videos showing day two of a couple of your 'switched up' methods.
Your hair turned out really good & I love using creams on my hair for the same reason it leaves my hair really fluffy ..... I’m excited that products are doing fragrance free (even though I love fragrance) & i think the hair product community is going in a good direction 😊
I work in a scent-free environment, so this is great. However, I'm not too keen on the preservatives that this and other brands use, because there are alternatives to these additives! I'd love to see a vid on the chemicals in hair and body care products, which to avoid and why and which are ok, and why. Just tried Cocunat and I was impressed.
i have a question . Recently i have been see the maximum hydration method around my suggestion page I watched a few videos and was I interested but I wasn't sure if that would be okay with my hair. I was hoping that you would do a video about it just talking about the benefits or cons that it could provide.
This is a really smart move from LUS. Just look at the fragrance free trend in skincare.. bravo!
I was just thinking about why there aren’t enough fragrance free curly hair products on the market. Thank you for sharing! ❤️😊
YES!! As a migraine sufferer, fragrance is a trigger. Definitely into this.
I also get migraines, breathing problems, and rashes, turns out I have a fragrance allergy, Shea butter is a no no for me

I literally just picked up some fragrance-free products yesterday and recorded myself using it today (diff brand though). That's so crazy!
So Mrs Bianca Renee, I’ve noticed how the majority of the products you’ve experimented with and tested have worked for you but I have a question for you.... how would you feel about using your favorite shampoo and conditioner but not styling your hair after the shower and just letting it airdrop? This is a question I saw from Rizos Curls as a method to understand what is needed to make your hair better (ex: does it need moisture or volume or more definition after showering) and I think it might be a fun video idea because I’ve tried it and it’s help me understand my hair a little bit better but the decision is up to you🤷🏽♀️
PS. I love your videos✌️😙💕
Ur hair always looks good no matter what u use. I want ur hair. My hair right know is in utter kaos.
You should try Sydney Lynn’s “no scrunch” challenge! Just use a styling brunch without scrunching. It sounds crazy, but I switched it up from my usual routine of always scrunching and actually LOVED my results.
No scrunch !? Oh wow
I'm a 3C/4A girl
love the results! love to saw you switching it up to style with a denman brush! ❤️
On it!
I need to try this brand !!!!! Your curls look amazing ! I also love smell in my products ! 💜💕💜💕💜💕💜
Beautiful results, Bianca! Great review!
I love your hair videos! I just watched Sarah Ingles new video about how everything we know about moisture in the hair might be wrong. Actually, our hair doesn't even need water?! It is super scientifically based and i would love to hear your opinion on this.
Bee, it looks gorg, but could we get day 3 update on insta? I need hold 😶😶😶😶😶
I love your reviews so much.... do you think you could review the brand Soultanicals, I would love to see what you think about their products
Your curls came out so pretty 😍
More cream stylers would be nice. Follow up videos would awesome - may be after a few weeks a videos showing day two of a couple of your 'switched up' methods.
Your hair turned out really good & I love using creams on my hair for the same reason it leaves my hair really fluffy ..... I’m excited that products are doing fragrance free (even though I love fragrance) & i think the hair product community is going in a good direction 😊
Wow that’s an impressive result! Lol your curls look fabulous as usual ☺️
I’m here because I put the reminder on Instagram so I wouldn’t miss the video😍😍😍😂❤️❤️❤️!!!
you should review Kreyòl Essence!!! they were on Shark Tank and are now available at Ulta
Loving the lip color!
i have a question . Recently i have been see the maximum hydration method around my suggestion page I watched a few videos and was I interested but I wasn't sure if that would be okay with my hair. I was hoping that you would do a video about it just talking about the benefits or cons that it could provide.
Hair looks good. A little different than your normal style but still cute
