Hello Gemma,👩🍳 I absolutely love this recipe! What a wonderful pairing of tiramisu and the lovely creamy coolness of ice cream! Thank you also, because I have heard the term semifreddo and never knew exactly what it meant. You are always teaching me many things🤗. This desert not only looks so lovely, but it has such a sophisticated element to it. I think that it will be a great hit because we do love our tea, but many of my family really have started to become coffee lovers in the last 10 or so years. And you explained everything so well as I always tell you. I really do feel Bolder and Bolder every day. Thank you for that gift as well as your lovely recipes.❤💚 PS - I know I've told you this before, but you look so lovely in the color red. Also, I am spreading the word about your cookbook! This is such a great recipe Jemma.. I've tried it on Eid and it was so easy, literally took 10-12 minute to make and turned out perect... My guests loved it..

Hi Gemma! I love the idea, but just don’t care for coffee. The fruit version sounds good, but I was wondering your opinion of substituting chocolate ice cream in place of the coffee ice cream and chocolate milk or maybe room temp hot chocolate in place of the coffee to wet the lady fingers?

You can dip it in chocolate if you'd like. Use cocoa powder and milk or water.
Can we make this with store bought ice cream
Hmmm, good question. I would think you'd need to soften the ice cream considerably first, and then re-freeze it after assembly. Making the ice cream base is helpful because you can fold everything in before freezing.

Hi Gemma. I did this twice but somehow my cream can’t whipped to stiff peaks. I thought it was because my condensed milk and coffee were not cold enough but I chilled it but still the same. Hope you can help me. 😘
Hi Adeline. I'm wondering if you worked with the whipped cream in a warm environment. It works better when chilled and worked with a chilled bowl too. This is especially true when it is extra warm. Hi Gemma. I’ve always used Anchor Whipping cream. I’ve no problem getting it to stiff peaks. I did everything to even putting my bowl and the mixer tools in fridge to keep it cold. Maybe I will try to whip it to slightly stiff peaks then add the condensed milk and little coffee and see how it goes. Thanks Gemma and appreciate your reply 😘🌻
