Vincent, thank you for bringing such a talented pastry chef to your show. I have not seen this tiramisu version before. If at all possible I'd like to see more of his work on your show in the future. Thank you so much for sharing your talent and the talent of your friends.
Love the video vincenzo love your content your a amazing RUclipsr I love watching your videos they are the greatest and the best and the coolest the tiramisu cake looks very yummy and delicious I am so going to make it 😋
Thank you for this beautiful cake recipe, one I will definitely try to replicate. That said, I think I have been spoiled by Chef Jean-Pierre with his frozen tiramisu recipe, which I've made like 10 times. Jean-Pierre adds kahlua and Captain Morgan's spiced rum to his coffee mixture and Marsala to his sabayon mixture, which tastes amazing!
I am watching this while eating Tiramisu at home! This cake looks incredible! I actually asked my mother to make me tiramisu instead of a traditional birthday cake for my 21st birthday! I wish I had this recipe then!
That looks absolutely beautiful!!! In all honesty, I would rather fly from Washington, DC to Australia to buy a slice of that amazing cake than to try and make it at home. #WorthIt!! 😁
I remember putting those coffee bean-shaped Meiji chocolate coffee bon bons on my Tiramisu and I will also mold chocolate leaves from mint and rose leaves.
Well, I not really fan of a cake, but I'm Tiramisu fan. Will make it tomorrow, something which Italian can't enjoy without coming here, and no commercial bakery dares to do it. Tiramisu with single origin Liberica Coffee expresso and Cocoa powder from Johor, Malaysia.
I did it yesterday and it was not worth it 😭, I spent 3 hours making it and it didn't last more than 15 minutes, it was finished and I never got the chance to taste it myself😭.
What a beautiful recipe, really cool take on a tiramisu! I hate to be demanding, please make the videos you love, but I spotted some sfogliatelle in their shop! Do you happen to have a recipe for them? I’ve tried to make them a few times but they never come out right. I would love your advice!
Hahah that's how you know the dessert is delicious my friend! I wish I could send you a Tiramisu cake but I hope this video comes in handy and you cook one at home! 😊
@@vincenzosplate Definitely making one at home. I finally found an Italian restaurant nearby that makes an amazing Tiramisu! Haven’t had that good one for years!
Ciao Vincenzo. Last Saturday i was at the rocket marked in Sydney hoping to see you there. Unfortunately you were not. Are you going to be there an 6th of April? Greetings from Remo from Zurich.
@@vincenzosplate Watched again. This is whole eggs for the sponge and that's OK, this is how it is to be. As for the sabayon. There should be no white AT ALL, otherwise, you have an omelette taste. It's like you saying "If you put some bacon with the guanciale in your carbonara, it's not much trouble" 🤣🤣🤣
I love the cake! Btw, I watched one of your other videos about you reacting to mean comments on reddit. All I can say is: those people behind screens suck. I can only laugh about it 😂😂😂😂
Cake looks amazing. If you wanted to, you could replace the eggs in the cake with applesauce and in the cream with whipped cream and mascarpone. Instead of coffee, I have seen recently some recipes from Italy that use hot chocolate.

I am pretty sure it’s as great as the biscotti one. 👍
Well when it comes to desserts I don't think it's smart to measure the calories. First of all they aren't diet friendly, and secondly even if someone was on a diet they have to have a cheat meal to keep their sanity intact 😅😊
You need to pasteurize those eggs before using them like this. 1/20,000 eggs will have salmonella. Children and the elderly are more susceptible to getting seriously ill. Sous vide the eggs to 135º (with a hold time) and everybody’s safe. Other than that….. WOW! This looks FABULOUS!
Please note that he added the sugar syrup at 180 degrees to egg yolks and he explained that basically this will cook the eggs and make them safe to eat! 😊 Enjoy the rest of the video 🍰👨🍳
I bake and i don’t like the look of this at all. The amounts are absolutely ridiculous you do not need that much sugar among other wrong things here. Holy crap man 😬 You really don’t even need to sift your dry stuff if you know what you are doing.
Please leave a comment and thumbs up to Kenny who shared his knowledge with us

For a tiramisu cake you can ALSO have ladyfingers FUSED together then baked in oven. After that the fused ladyfingers is the base for the cake.
But this cake looks good.
That sounds interesting! Is this the technique you use at home?

Hello Vincenzo. Are you sure it's only egg yolks for the sponge ? Looks like there is the white too. Same for sabayon actually.
He did say egg yolks, if a bit if egg white gets mixed in there I guess it's not too much trouble 😊
