Very nice video of the Catholic version of the story of St. Patrick.
The green also represents southern Ireland, where the people were being persecuted for being Catholic. Whereas the orange represents northern Ireland - which remains loyal to England - and being Protestant. (The white is for the peace between the two) The Protestants (North) were persecuting the Catholics (South) for their different religious beliefs, and St. Patrick and the Catholics then turned around and persecuted the Pagans. The story where St. Patrick "drove the snakes out of Ireland," is an allegory for the persecution of the Pagans by the Catholics.
I really did enjoy your video, and the girls are adorable. I just wanted to help round out the story. Happy St Patrick's Day!!!

So amazing. Well done. I am happy to learn about Patrick being a missionary to Ireland, the shamrock representing the Trinity, and that the sign for Patrick = u get pinched if u don't wear green on March 17.
Guess those kids are grown up now, please put out more stories/ histories for kids!
