Terrasson speelt op alle grote jazzfestivals van de wereld. Zijn optreden vormt een bijzonder slot van dit Young Pianists Festival. Als groot jazzpianist laat hij het publiek de ongekende mogelijkheden van de piano ervaren.

Il s'agit d'une leçon d'appropriation de l'instrument et de la musique tonale et qui frôle également l'atonalité. Cest Keith Jarreth et Brad Meldhau reunis dans une même tete . C'est parfois romantique. C'est parfois boogie woogie. C'est tant de diverses choses que je me demande comment ça peut aller dans une seule tête. C'est un esprit complètement ouvert e a lui même et un immense musicien. C'est l'art d'exister simplement en temps réel.

Sure, comparable to Jarrett - often transcendent - but not hyper-indulgent, petulant, repetitive, and given to melodramatic groaning and physical contortion. On balance, like Brad Mehldau solo, a far better bet.
