Just bought 2023 grand Cherokee limited First, we had an issue with our trunk door being unevenly closed, which more likely will cause water damage, they fixed it under the warranty but it was not an easy task going through with dealerships, customer service, or the service center. Anyways after that issue was fixed, AC blew out hot air randomly
It truly does disappoint me to hear about the issues you are facing with your brand-new Jeep. If you are having trouble receiving adequate service from your local dealership I would suggest trying in a different city perhaps as service does vary. Otherwise I congratulate you on your purchase and hope your Jeep continues to run trouble-free for years to come!

Your review shows a picture of a Cherokee not a Grand Cherokee. The first year of Grand Cherokee production was 1993 not 1992. It makes it seem like you don't know what you're talking about.
