Former product junkie here. Tips to help my sistas in peril trying to minimize their stash and others on no buy fasts. Hope this helps someone. Pick your top 5-10 brands you can't live without and only buy within those brands going forward. I took off a year and a half for my product pause. Take inventory by category to see where you spend the most money Figure out the root of your impulsivity for over buying and cast it out in name of TMH Simplify hair routine with low manipulation styles to use less products every wash day Organize stash by category for example shampoos, DCs, leave ins, stylers, gels, butters, oils, miscellaneous Only use what's in your stash, give products away and have a buddy system with someone who will keep you in check Stop buying into the hype when new lines drop, celebrity hair products, Black Friday, etc and stick to what you know works for your hair. Cut out the trial error looking for the next high type of buying because that will create more product waste and money lost.
I used to be a makeup junkie. What helped me is thinking of my stash like my friends. If I get too many new friends and neglect the old ones, they will get upset. I have to prioritize the ones that never let me down.
Girl, this is WAY smaller than I thought!! But I love that you have such an awesome quality variety. We have very similar brands in SheScentIt, CRN, Bask and Bloom, Mane Choice, and Bekura but you have a few that I have been eyeing for a while. Between you and Bri, Third Eye Angel, you guys are giving me life with your stash videos... Makes me want to keep shrinking my stash and yet want to try all kinds of new things... Go figure, lol.. Thank you for sharing!!
Don't come for us non-influencers with stashes! Lol. We are ready for this quarantine see. But seriously it is #useyourstash year for me. I'm not letting myself add to my stash until it's at least 1/2 way gone and it's Black Friday. If it's not half gone by then I'll have to reevaluate. I'm even keeping all my empties so I can for real see how many and what products I use this year so I don't over buy 2021.
I’m SHOCKED. I definitely thought your stash was going to be crazy huge. That’s a good thing though. I have accumulated so many products in this quarantine. I would love to see wash day once you take your braids out. Also you your opinion of bask and blooms. One brand I really love is annabelles perfect blend. She’s having a sale every month 👀. Also love carols daughter coco Creme and chocolatekinksandcurls 💕
@mamasbeeneez camille rose products are great. I have 4c hair and I haven't used one product I didn't like. I am going to try your bask n bloom recommendations
Love your nails sis! Your shelf leaning to the side lololol I thought that was the aesthetic, it looks cool. For a RUclipsr you have a nice sized collection. I make it a point not to let my collection too big. I try to make sure I’m using everything in my collection or it’s being reserved for future use.
I thought it was going to be bad. Your stash looks good to me. Not too much and not too little. I would love to see you use the knot today leave in and gel for a twist out
Chawl... I'm ashamed. I've got a store up in here! A literal closet! lol In the process of doing a clean up. So out, some on the to be used asap shelf. I like how you put yours so that you can see the products really clearly. An aim. Niiice!
I compared this to your stash 5 years ago. Much fewer drugstore and Sally's products now. I tried to see how many products stood the test of time, and it looks like not too many products became mainstays from the last video to this one.
I'm glad to finally see your stash, you have some good stuff!👍 If you've never tried the cocoa tree detangling ghee by Qhemet Biologics, please get! It's one of my staples and so is the burdock root butter cream. I've very dry hair and these two items do the trick for me. I have a big, unopened, and expensive ass container of Deva Curl Heaven in Hair dc under my sink, that I'm giving the sideeye.🤣
That Herbal Essences charcoal conditioner is still sold by Bed Bath and Beyond and at Meijer. Idk if they will ship to your address where you live but it’s worth looking into
Girl I have about the same amount of products as you do in my stash, and it's just me using them!😅 I don't feel bad because my porous head of hair lets me empty at least 20+ a month!! I save my empties too ❤
I thought your stash would be bigger, to make me feel better 😩 I have alot of products because most are of multiple things...... I need to count all of them 👀
I don't know why everybody loves that qhemet biologics hydrate and twist butter. It's like unrefined shea butter. Mine has been sitting on my shelf for almost a year.
Can you please do a video on living in USVI? Accessibility to products, work life balance, ect? I was considering moving off the mainland before Covid and am looking at USVI, Hawaii and some European countries.
TFS!! Your stash is definitely not as crazy as others ive seen. I try to keep my stash limited to 3 bins under my bed. I do love to buy products though smh...still trying to find some staples. My goal is to have either 20 or 15 products or less in total. Im interested in seeing a Curl junkie washday and review of the products and your thoughts on obia naturals.
Nah Sherea🤣 This stash! I got 2 squares worth of your stash. I thoroughly enjoyed every minute of this video. I would love to see the bask & bloom review since it touts Ayurveda
I’m trying to get into buying more natural and plant based hair products. I also have a whole lot of commercial products as well and the ingredients are not so good.
loved this video (and the leaning shelf hahaha)! i spotted the white charcoal conditioner at my local store and was gonna grab 2. just wondering why this isn't in your staple rinse out conditioner list on your site!!
I have to figure out the products that is best for me with this thickness. Cantu so far is good. Do you have a P.O. Box where your fans can send you gifts?
Ok I’m going to need details on the Mane choice exotic coolaid mint guava shampoo. I cannot find a shampoo to clarify and moisturize my hair at the same time. My favorite shampoo is the original mane choice shampoo but the last time I used it it stripped my hair so much. And does the suave shampoo really make your hair feel hard?
SheRea DelSol I know but I can’t find them. You were the first person I thought of when I was thinking about a good clarifying shampoo. I tried the moisturizing video but u used As I am dry and itchy as the cleanser. Could you pretty please share a link where you speak on this product in detail? I’m going to take it wayyyyyy back and I will start using Dax grease again to help with my hair growth. So I need a good cleanser that’ll wash it all off.
Girl you need to fix that shelf. It’s gonna fall down girl. Anyway you got a whole beauty supply store in your house. You know what that means it’s give away time!
I’d be so scared that shelf would fall in the middle of the night and scare the sh*t outta me! 😹😹
Lmaooooo
So Ayanna That would be crazy!!

I give so many products away lol
I always admire those who can try so many different products.

I really liked those qhemet biologics products. After i tried the birthday box, I went to the website and bought the high porosity collection.
