We had the same reaction. After seeing this I feel good about my restraint.
Got smart, have 42 inch kitchen cabinets. So 1/2 of a shelf to oils and herbs. Some I use edible. Compared to Jeanette just a few products.

So I never thought someone would have this much products. She did so well organizing! I'm thinking of starting an oil collection. For now I only have Caster oil and Sweet Almond for our skin.
@@WithAngella I sometimes buy stimugro from Canada. I love their chebe Conditioner. It is pricier than most but the stuff balances my PH and conditions my hair like no other. It's my top pick over all others.
Try Bulk Apothecary for your oils some 16 Oz for under $5 and shipping pretty good. I get stuff from Canada and shipping isn't much. Well, I never complain.
You can get a boatload of oils for under $50 and many are organic.

Search homeless in USA, Anaheim, San Francisco, Seattle, Portland and even Alaska. We are happy for you Jeanette. Doing these videos as often as you do with children cannot be easy. I agree about anchoring the shelves, regardless if the little ones are always in the room with an adult in .2 seconds it can topple over....... I’ve seen shelves tip over with my own two eyes and there’s no amount of adult supervision that will magically make a shelf not fall. 🤷🏽♀️
I'm such a minimalist, I usually have 5 products at any given point that I use.
main wash days:
1. cleanser(bar shampoo or liquid),
2. leave in conditioner, moorket.com
3. light oil ( [interchangeably] avocado, olive, etc) whatever is in the kitchen at the time;
4. heavy oil (black jamaican or regular castor oil),
5. styler butter /gel *optional* ([interchangeably] shea, cocoa, aloe vera gel, flaxseed, etc.) whatever is on hand.
I use all for body too; and I prefer not to buy anything new until it's gone or almost out (1 or 2 applications left). When I finish my current products I'm going to try naptural85's haircare line; the only thing she needs in her line is a gel and my haircare stash will be complete.
daily moisture (as needed):
spray bottle of aloe vera juice or water (essential oils/leave in conditioner optional).
Oil of choice to seal (if needed).
Hair treatments (monthly to every 6 months, when needed):
protein/hair stew mix
Chebe mix
That was a lot of work, but the baby stole the show! Adorable!

I've been in my home for 10 years and this does give me inspiration to organize my products.
I have 42 inch kitchen cabinets where I keep my stuff, and, do my hair mostly downstairs. That way I can turn the fireplace on and blower, for extra comfort when my hair is drying naturally. Tomorrow I will organize my product cabinet. Right now a portion of a shelf. After seeing all those products my wallet is closed until I take inventory.

I dream of the day when I find ONE line that offers what I want and need. I want less and simplicity at this stage. Haven't found it yet. Low porosity hair that hates coconut and protein stylers.

Congrats on your new home! I will be purchasing my first home this year too! It's a new construction so it's still being built ❤️
Make sure you pay attention to details. New construction can sometimes be scary. You don't know what direction the neighborhood will take, sometimes you want to see what's up first. My first home was new construction, 2nd established neighborhood. I love my area. No surprises you need to show up at a city council meeting to complain about.

Will your neighborhood have a HOA? Those are freaking nightmares. Be very mindful and if you can sit on the board for the initial direction. If it gets messed up from the start then it gets worse after that, and, 1st suggestion is...get rid of the builder's HOA management. Search HOA complaints and see what I mean. Also, you want to cap your fees. So, you don't end up paying more in HOA fees than property taxes.

I'm in love with your set up. This is goals right here.i love hair products. I had so many hair products that it took me 2 years to finish. I got maybe less then 20 items less. Its time to reup on things. And I never even thought to use a book shelf that was a brilliant idea for real.

Hey Jeanette thanks for the upload. I'm not a product junkie to this level but I find categorizing my stash by function instead of brand works good too.
royally_amused this is my job though ☺️ plus most of this is gifts from brands. I used to organize it by function, the brands, now color coordinated. I like this the best right now ☺️

Your babies are so adorable! I would never be able to organize a bookshelf like that with all those hair care products! Wouldn't be able to find anything. It does look very pretty though from your lighter colors at the top to the darker colors at the bottom and your little girl was so cute trying to be a part of the bottom shelf.

i like how you organized by color i originally organized my collection by brand (all products/lines of the same brand together) recently I redid it to mix the brands so i could better see what i have and not forget about/skip over products at the bottom of my bookshelves...but the colors are off and my eyes don't like it 👀😕👀. so I'll be moving it back to all brands together - in alphabetical order (for the most part) to switch it up again.
it's a lot of work, but the results will be worth it 😁

My hair has grown so much, i had a really bad broken off section in my hair, and it has grown out, my hair looks healthy and is soft, i am still trying to find a natural style, but listening to you and your advice has helped so much...thank you for teaching me..And congratulations on your weight loss, you are beautiful.

I was starting to become a product junky because hair products was on sale or clearance and I buy them all. Black hair products are expensive. So I grab quickly when it's cheap. I had so many shampoos and conditioners just for my one head. Glady, I slowed down and used half of my products. I do like ORS HAIRepair coconut oil & Baobab shampoo for dry, damage hair and The Mane Choice Daily Moisturizer & Sealing Cream. I don't have a favorite conditioner but I like thick conditioners.
Would love to see a video on how you decide which product line you use for wash/styling each time? With so many products and all. Do you rotate certain ones? I'm new to your channel (subscribed today), and I'm fascinated with your home beauty store😆😆😆
