Love this!! I'm starting at a 46" waist myself, just moved from Bed Flex (I was *that* out of shape) and up to Chair Force! I am already loving the strength changes (haven't touched a scale), and bought a yoga mat because I'm sure I'll be standing in no time!
That guy is really handsome now. Not just because he looks slimmer, but also because he seems really energetic and happy. Also he does yoga. These are all important things. You can have the greatest physique, but an unfriendly character can destroy it all. It's also adorable how the kids work out with the parents. I hope I can do this with my kids later in life.
@@Nila-dr I have gone through a few injuries and other hardships that held my motivation back. I will say though I am down around 40-45 pounds since that post. It's from taking more control over how much and what I am eating. DDPY hasn't been something really on my radar recently. Been taking care of my mental health while my physical health has been in a slow but steady improvement. No matter the path I take to get where I am going, I won't go backwards. Thanks for checking in.
I just staryed my path back.fown from 300 lbs for the second time in my life the first was in highschool and was just a want but this story hits home as i legit think i my fatass was having a heart attack the other night so yesterday i called an end to my bullshit my daughter deserves the best i can posibly be and this isnt it right now
I wish these testimonials would talk about food. Because that's huge. You can yoga all day but if you're eating like you were before you won't be succesful.
We did talk about a bit about food, but that is kind of a touchy subject for some. My way of eating is significantly different than others and what worked for me may not work for others. The one thing you can be certain about is the results of the program. If you are curious though: I lost a a significant amount of weight cutting out sugar, watching my calorie intake, and not drinking my calories. I documented everything that I ate. I lost over about 125 lbs that way and plateaued for about 6 months. I then got a bit more refined in my approach and started focusing on macros. I strive for high protein, moderate fat, and about 25g net carbs while staying around 1800-2200 calories. This helped me lose the next 60lbs, but more importantly it helped me eliminate a lot of the fat deposits on my body.
Fantastic !!!! All these bullshit weight loss gimmicks out there and you kept it simple and plain !! DDP yoga works people !!! This man And countless others are all the proof and inspiration you need to make that life changing decision !! Good on you bro !
Amazing! I am struggling to keep up with my DDPY regiment, but this really inspired and helped me stay focused and get back on track! I still struggle, but made a lot of progress last year before winter depression really messed with me. Still down 14 kg total at this point, but really wanna get below 100 kg by the end of this year. Need to conquer my inner bitch and do so soon!!!
Step by step, remember that the important thing is not the goal but the journey to. Keep the good work and enjoy it, life is easy when you do what you know that you have to do, specially if that thing makes you healthier and happier. You can do it

i really need to lose weight , im 13 and 347 pounds. On the verge of having Diabetes 😔. I’ve already started a diet and going to therapy more and I don’t think my body is changing. Does anybody have any ideas? On how a teenager should lose 5 pounds in a month ?
I've seen so many of these videos and to be honest I just dont know where to start!! 😪 my worries is idk how to eat healthy cuz I'm so picky with food and I'm just so lost on this!!

I want the same thing for myself. I am about 60 lbs over my ideal body weight according to my bone size. I want to be fit, I want to help my back and muscle spasms go away. I would like to be able to ride a bicycle again. I always loved riding a bicycle. I used to ride 5 to 20 miles every day after school.. I had more fun then any kind should be allowed to have.. I had a ball. I want to ride again. I want to do my best and learn all that DDP YOGA has for me. First I need to figure out, how to get the system in my home.. I am computer stupid . How am I going to get this done. I am going to ask a computer wizard I know to help me with ordering this system, so I can start as soon as possible.. Your fan Harvey
