That’s totally badass Kevin. You’re a rockstar !! I’m going to put you in my morning prayers. I was a chain smoker. I started at 14 and was up to 2 packs a day when I quit. It was tough as hell and I gained 80 pounds in 6 months. It took 2 years to lose the weight while staying nicotine free. You can do this Kevin. I didn’t think I could last 24 hours without a cigarette and I just celebrated 22 years tobacco free. Don’t kick your self for little slip ups and keep your eye on the goal because you WILL get there eventually. I’m rooting for you Kevin !! You got this !!

Kevin you will have a success story. Even if you fall off get back on. I had to teach myself that. Don’t depend on anyone else for your success, that was a mistake I made. Just go for it and get it done, no excuses. I had to beat that in my brain.

My Dad is getting ready to be discharged from a nursing home after diabetes almost took his feet and he caught COVID while there and nearly died. I've lost nearly 90lbs in the last year with the program and not eating crap all the time. I'm looking forward to them being just as successful as I have been. Time will tell. I think my brother is ready for change. I'm hoping he'll keep my Dad motivated and they can push each other.

Dude's inspiring and practically a neighbor. I was blown away when I saw the Good Morning Four States segment. 70 lbs off so far for, many more to go. I hit a bad time last month when my dog Buck, best friend for 12 years, passed away. But now I am back on track and continuing to lose on the Keto plan. Thank you, Justin for the motivation. Salute.

Mr Sir Justin. I'm inspired and proud 👏 of you! If I were there I'd give you a big man hug and fist 👊 pumps. As a medical professional, I've worked with many patients who struggled to lose weight but usually gave up. I only stopped working with them because for insurance purposes we couldn't continue if they didn't make progress. You kept this up and forward to inspiration for others.

I used to be really fat. Maybe not as fat as Justin, but still I was on the verge of developing serious health conditions. I remember not being able to tie my shoelaces and my sleep suffered as well. My life changed when I finally set my mind to the thinking that anything is possible if you decide to do it. So I took a meal plan to start with. I created it online, on a website called dietarizee, which was super helpful to me. I didn't have to worry about calories, macros, nutrients and all that stuff. I just focused on walking long distances and exercising after I got on a level where I could do some simple workouts. I hope my story will inspire you to do the same. To change your body you must first change your mind!!

My big brother was 450lbs. He had many conditions which rendered it hard for him to walk or use his hands. He had difficulty toileting also. We finally got him talked into going to a rehab while we looked for assisted living. Then he got COVID. His dr gave him some medicine that is not good for diabetics and refused to stop even father my brother was put on breathing machine. My parents and I had to make the decision to remove him from life support. He just gave up on life 12 years earlier and allowed all the weight on. He kept saying he wasn’t depressed and wouldn’t see a therapist. I'm so sad, this wasn’t how his life should’ve ended. 😢😢😢
