the quickness with the 20,000 means he sold it for 40,000
+LifeProductionz the diamonds are 40
+LifeProductionz i would say even more , after all its the pats ,i believe he had a buyer as soon as he saw the ring
+AbdulvsTroll He's got more connections than the guy who's selling it, so would be an easy profit deal for Rick.
+AbdulvsTroll If this is real, considering the item was collateral on a loan, I'm sure the broker knows exactly what it's worth (both to a dealer and resale), and rick knows the broker knows exactly what it's worth. Not much room for either to negotiate when both sides have all the information.
+AbdulvsTroll No way , look at the dollar bill signs in his eyes. I say at least 60k
You: Can I have change for a dollar bill?
Rick: I'll Do 63 cents, and I'm taking a risk.
Rick: "I've gotta put it in a display, find some space for it. It's going to sit a long, long time."
Abrash Ali
So original!
That SB ring is valued at roughly 65k lmao he got robbed big time
Do you mean in the store or just in General? If the latter, while I agree that Rick is bound to make a tons of money, that being it's value isn't what someone will pay for. Rick would easily haggle with someone, so 65 wouldn't even be the price anyway.
Look rick said that nazi artifacts don't sell and hitlers uniform was sold for one million. Just to tell how bullshit this show is!
EliteFalconV2 u obv dont know how things work. when people need cash they need it quick. so when u sell it to the pawn shop they can afford to wait cus they have the money and theres always a risk involved. they also have the connections to find a good buyer for it to have the best valu possible. with their position they can also better negociate while if u do it urself ull have to take less. thr pawn shop got to make money. they usualy will givr u 30%-50% of the items ''woth''. if u go to a small pan shop ull grt way worse for it
He practically gave him the ring lol
he pretty much got what he asked for...cant be mad at that...
The last guy always bringing stolen items lol. Never seen him leave happy.
The best I can do is a crumpled napkin and some pocket lint.
Zack Cordle Sold!
Best I can do is 15 cents and some belly lint, I'm taking a huge risk here.
Zack,c djjdjxjxjudjdjdjd
Wow pocket lint you drive a hard bargain
lol the guy who got the penn state ring, the football player who gave it to him probs rubbed it off so he couldn't sell it for barreee
Matthew Deeks Or he stole it from his room one night when they had a party in his dorm room and rubbed it off himself- enough time has elapsed where he can sell it knowing he wouldn’t get caught- and maybe the guy is dead now...makes more sense to me
@Steven Hickman jelously, stupidity. meth u never know now a days
The pen state guy also tried to sell them a ted Turner super world series ring.
when rick buys this quickly, you know you undersold
1st guy could've easily stayed firm at 22k and gotten what he wanted lmfao
Yeah, he was being nice at 21k lmao.
mitch mitchelson I bet he went and bought stacks of cocaine and strippers
it all went to hookers and white castle so he's happy with 21k.
That ring is easily worth like 30-35 thousand.
in todays money. yea.
It's 1:45 am, I'll just watch one more video then go to sleep.
I still haven't gone to sleep.
Are you still awake bro?
No one:
Absolutely no one:
Rick: “bUt YoU hAvE tO lOoK aT iT fRoM mY pOsItIoN”
rick knows he will sell it double 🤣🤣🤣
Gotta love how rick emphasizes the word cash. Which means no tax
I want more. Good vid
The best I can do is these tissues I used while watching Caligula last night, and its not a tear jerker.
Aye.but it is a jerker
Thumbnail the 🐐
this is pretty cool
That ring fire🔥
Who's here in 2018, and saw them turn the tables this year! #GoEagles
2:30.
I bet he can do a great God Father impression
I'm Rick Harrison and this is my pawn shop. I work here with the Old Man and my son, Big Hood. After 21 years I've learned one thing, you never know whats gonna come through that door.
ithf.vv.volue.coin.gave.you.email.no
You: Can I have change for a dollar bill?
Rick: I'll Do 63 cents, and I'm taking a risk.
Big hood lol
Patrick Bateman ikr xD
Nice
Why can't I find something so valuable?
Lol that dudes walk is halarious
I would love to own things like that but I aint paying that much for it
Lol Rick with the "im gambling the next film will do well" lol just shut up Ric
Same guy with braves ring LMFAO 🤣
That is a beautiful ring I must say. The First one. Special, thats why Rick didn’t even fight to lower the price which is a rare lol.
That was a bargain well played rick
Rick “It’s worth 10s of thousands of dollars but I’ll try and buy it on the cheap, cheap.” Harrison
OMG I have seen this that ring in later episodes when he was asked what was the most exspensive thing in the shop he said it was worth up and over 75K.
Rick wanted that ring so bad haha
Oh so Jeremy’s a autograph expert now? Lol
My first glove was pretty close to that style glove.
WoW, never saw Rick just go for it all of a sudden more of a like not even Bargaining.
The engraving is been removed because it belongs to Jerry Sandusky 😂😂😂😂😂
Why is overlapping an issue with the signatures? Who's to say it wasn't signed by Mathewson and then a few years later the guy got a chance to meet Ruth and had him sign his old Mathewson signed bat?
It's not that the bat couldn't have been signed by both. Maybe it was signed by both. Maybe it was signed once and signed again years later. But both of the signatures on the same bat adds a level of uncertainty.
No one said it couldn't have been like that, but that wasn't a risk they were willing to take.
and yet here you are watching your allege liar lol
It seems yall are the true experts here huh?
Not really.
When you're related to the baseball player
1:35 OMG ITS KIM IL-SUNG
The babe in the beginning is the real score
Aids
That last guy has brought in shady items before. I’m surprised they haven’t banned him.
2:32 He sounds like the Godfather
He called him dude lol
Saddam Hussain tries to sell his dodgy Penn State ring...
Where is this place
Imagine being so hard up that you pawn your Super Bowl ring and never come back to pick it up.
I'm pretty sure the Penn State ring guy has been in the shop before and the last time it was something shady too, if I'm not mistaken...
it's worth way way way way way way more than that proably 65 to 100 k tops
the fastest pawn star deal ever was the super bowl 39 ring.
Jostens made my high school senior ring! How much can I get for it? It’s aged 19 years! It’s gonna be worth millions when it hits 20 years!
Weren't Mathewson and Ruth both a part of the 1st HOF class? Wouldve been an opportune time for both to have them sign the bat.
wow that last guy is the same guy who tried to sell a 1995 atlanta braves ring but it was really just a salesman's sample. He has a history of sketchy rings
Why is it in 360p only?
hello Excuse the value of an old Mexican currency of silver of 10 pesos of the year 1976
You could tell he wanted that ring real bad
The guy with the apron State Ring. He’s been on here twice before. This one. The engraving was wiped off. The 95 Atalanta Braves WS Ring was a salesman ring. And he brought in a NFL book. Something tells me he got burned on all three items and was hoping to cash in. Or he’s just not cut out for that hobby. Or both lol.
Wow what if he comes back for the ring
I work at this place..but have never met these guys
You work at the Gold And Silver Pawn Shop but have still never met any of the pawn stars cast? How is that? they still do filming at the store and meet people out front for pictures sometimes also.
Later that day Corey buys a motorcycle without a title
I worked for Jostens and the basic mentality was "The customer is too stupid to know good from bad".
Rick basically robbed that ring from that guy. lol. That ring had to be worth at least 40-50 grand.
Spygate that's all I got to say
These guys always stating facts
i like how all the comments about Rick lowballing on every item. It's a ****ing pawn shop. All pawn shop workers lowball
Corey is such a troll. Telling the guy he’d be happy to pay his $1500 asking price when he can’t legally buy it.
So Ric can't by altered numbers. That explains why he didn't even offer ANY money on valuable pistol in another episode.
omg that ring worth 50k or more
If it was Tom Brady's ring then maybe. But it's Ricky Who?
Its pretty sad knowing that someone won a super bowl but probably had a few rough patches and now has to sell a super bowl ring, tough world out there dude.
Anyone else get that Charmin ultra soft commercial?
I thought the last guy and his wife moved to vietnam and said he will never bring any things else in the shop , he literally said that in another video.
I dislike the tone with which Rick says; "O.K." He's basically saying; "I've never heard of people selling rings."
hi h r u pawn stars im from jordan so i need your help i have agood reall coins
That ring must be around 50k then.
Offering 20k from Rick and not low-ball offer u know Is worth twice as much
Yep.
Most Super Bowl rings use cubic zirconia
Lol that dude probably only gave bryant 5-10k for the ring, all he wanted back was his money + interest. That fact he jumped out so easily shows he was making a ton regardless of what rick offered.
Why does cash option looks so lucrative? Is it because then they can bypass IRS
I would have bought it for 22
Insert “best I can do is $2” joke here
I'll buy it ang change Ricky to Kobe
Cooler x 10
That dude who had that penn state ring also came in with a 1995 Atlanta Braves World Series ring which was also a scam
lol Rick doesn't know who Christy Matthewson was
Woooooooooooo patriots
If you can do 20, you can do 21
20 grand cash, 100 dollar bills..... How does wording it like that make a difference lmao.
+CodyDTD It lets the Seller that the buyer means business that he wants to lock this deal up right away. Saying that you're going to give him cash and in hundred dollar bills which is the highest bills you can have means that you know the buyer wants to get it immediately and wants to close it as quickly as possible.
This is so ironic...PATRIOTS BEAT THE EAGLES
He doesn't know who the Christian Gentlemen was??? Arguably one of the greatest pitchers of the all time.
The guy with the Penn State ring looks shady. He probably stole the ring from someone, and then scratched off the ID because he didn't want to get caught.
How is this the mother of all super bowl rings? Wouldn't it be the Super Bowl 43 ring where the Steelers won their 6th title with is the most?
Maybe it's the build of the ring
Noel López its because in 04 the patriots went over the league limit for diamonds and other valuable gems that can be on the ring. thus making it the mother of all super bowl rings
The Super Bowl 39 established a dynasty for the patriots it was their third Super Bowl in four years. But really if were being serious all Super Bowl rings are highly collectible and valuable.
I hope they reported the last one to the police.
Super Bowl where eagles lost to pats? Haven’t seen in a while
for the ring i wont blame rick that guy should have done his homework on the ring before selling
If that was Tom Brady's ring it would be valued at 300 maybe even $400000.
I hate how he says “okay” like why is he saying it like it’s a question?
1:19 I’ve never seen Rick so eager to give someone $20,000 before
PizzaGate content!
Looks like Homer Simpson
0:01 Babe alert
I bet a rich die hard pats fan would pay hundreds of thousands
Lemmie call a buddy that knows...do these guys know anything?
Wtf is this music hahaha
Is it the diamonds that make the SB ring worth so much or what cuz he was some practice squad player not Tom Brady
+Abraham Rivera It doesn't matter if he was a practice squad member or a last string back up. The fact of the matter is it's a Super Bowl ring which right off the bat makes it collectible because it's from a historical championship team Super Bowl 39 for the patriots establish the patriots as a dynasty in the NFL as that was their third championships in four years. granite if it had been from a starting player on the football team it definitely would be more valuable but a Super Bowl ring in itself from world championship football team is highly collectible. Hell even if they were in a dynasty it's still highly valuable just be in the fact that it's a Super Bowl ring in itself from someone who actually was on the team.
