I LOVE the Artist brother who gets really upset and emotional about the leak in the roof and also about the bathroom. He is 100% right on. That is how I respond to things. If it's not right, it's not right and you know it. And it IS deeply upsetting. I noticed right from the beginning that he is incredibly aware. It's what makes him a good artist. Details matter. The brothers have a lovely relationship and this was a wonderful and special episode. Probably one of my very favourites. Ben and Chris.... Thank you for sharing the build with us!

this is such a beautiful project; rough & poetic at the same time. I saw this years ago and have been looking to re-find it ever since. I love this!

I've really enjoyed this and the way the brothers learned about each other's career

Self built homes are always the best to watch. Anyone can have a home built with a large bank loan or a fat bank account.

I’ve had a photo of this house from Pinterest for years, and when I saw the thumbnail I was like “could it be the one really?” I couldn’t contain my excitement when I recognized bare bones structure 16:22. What a beautiful story of design and build and family.

Peter is using SIMPLISTIC when he means SIMPLE. The two words actually have different meanings. EVERYONE says "SIMPLISTIC" now (erroneously) because they think it sounds more sophisticated. Nope!
