Hi, If you are looking to buy good quality, stylish pants for 20$, you should check out stores such as- Marshalls, TJMAXX, Ross, etc... Outlet stores can be a great place too. Also you'd be surprise, but if you go to Zara or H&M when they have sales, you can get great finds. Hope that helps.
