Duty of Confidentiality

Board members have a fiduciary duty to maintain confidentiality. This video explains what that duty entails and what types of information board members need to keep confidential. Overall a very helpful video but I question the blanket reference to board minutes, since association members are entitled to see approved board minutes.

So medical facilities require to have policies to protect the privacy of patients even in electronic information??!!
