I’ve done exactly the same over last week, pushed too hard and crashed. hEDS with Orthostatic intolerance is a nightmare. As soon as BP drops I’m a mess, where you sat head forward, I can’t do that because of cervical spine issues so I have to lie on the bed flat and eat salt then take fludrocortisone to increase BP. I’ve got a telephone consult with cardiology next week luckily as my BP has been all over the place the last few weeks. It doesn’t help I’m about to have new bedroom suite fitted and I’m trying to box a load of stuff up to move furniture out so new stuff can straight in. My new dressing table with huge Hollywood mirror will be amazing though. Take care x

On top of that she's such a cool person to show her "drop" on a public video and to end her video by reminding people to be kind to their selves because she experienced the importance of that lesson.
