@@EoamerGaming97 we are happy for you that you are liking your life in kolkata. but in reality, rajathat is probably the most livable place in west bengal. most of WB and even Kolkata have many underdeveloped places where basic amenities like proper road, electricity are unavailable. so, rajarhat cannot define the condition of whole WB. and yes, corrupt politics is the major reason. i agree, the cost of living is quite low in Kolkata than most other metro cities, but the quality of living is low as well. also, our college education system is not that good. many graduates are not job-ready, like you said IT companies have started there (probably due to low operational cost), but we are not that skilled in those jobs, due to many reasons, even the students have many faults too. start ups need employees who are already skilled rather than providing training (like MNCs do). honestly, i havent seen too many bengalis who are good at coding, those who are good at coding- they lack work ethics. so, companies often hire from other states. even I have my own projects and most people I hire are non-bengalis because i know the scenario. some of the best people i hired are from mumbai, UP, rajasthan, TN, AP and even Bihar. candidates from mumbai, TN, bihar are not that costly, candidates from Kerala, karnataka, himachal, Pune, delhi are costly. these are generalisation based on my experience, exceptions are there. business people would rather pay a bit more to hire skilled people. apart from IT companies, there aren't many other types of companies. as most bengali people are non-coders, they cannot get IT jobs. also, our parents have this mindset to make us go for govt jobs, so a lot of us waste time there too. like these days state govt job seekers are protesting because they are not getting recruited due to political corruption. some of these candidates are waiting for 8-10 years in hopes to get recruited someday- a very bad mindset we have developed. one of the major reason rich bengalis leave WB is to find peace and better ambience and environment. and for poor ones, it is because they lack skills, which will get them low/mid-level jobs in other states.
Hope startup ecosystem grows more in West Bengal 🔥❤.

They prefer to get education from Bengal at subsidized rates & run away to other states/ countries to benefit themselves & those regions & then diss Bengal while sitting in faraway lands. Previous generation Bengalis used to start their ventures in Bengal no matter how difficult the situation was, hence Bengal grew to prominence that time (a imp time period was British period).
@@hi-oj1jhI agree.

Nice content thoroughly enjoyed and your startup is appriciable too.
Thank you for doing this. Recently West Bengal is really in a bad position as TMC is doing absolutely nothing for IT eco system. They all just buying votes and trying to stay in position. I hope my state gets great leader so we can get out of the TMC ruling party and start fresh with building good infrastructure and IT hubs in Kolkata and West Bengal.
true, i dont know how WB is the 9th best ecosystem.... is it because choper dokan is easy to open ??
@@ericgideon7400no, it's because of Calcutta. WB should introduce one window licence system like Gujarat, that would help not only it ecosystem but also in opening many other businesses.
Kid chutiyon ki tarah baat kiun kar raheho jab sehise study nehi kiya. Jake Newtown it hub aur fintechub ko check kar 25 tak open ho jayga. Already wipro, Infosys, TCs sare mejor company ka office already he.
It nehi he It nehi he 6th position par abhi he😅😅😅.
Aur sirif It se state nehi calta pata kar wb me yada plant kis chiz ka he. Har state ka alag alag business plan hota he jo un state ki position aur natural sampad ke upar depends hota he.
Kuch time tak pblm hua tha abhi itnabhi kharab position nehi he.
@@ericgideon7400 Its funny to see the native Bengalis crying about no jobs in Kolkata and shifting to Bangalore when me being a marathi switched to Kolkata with 15LPA job in Ecospace and funnily enuf many of collegeues are also doing the same due the huge difference in living standard fees in Bangalore and Kolkata. Is this purely based of Party politics or something bcz Ive been here only 1 yr and the amount of IT companies which have entered here is just pretty evident if u visit NewTown area
Nice video
