They are reinventing the meaning of traditional dairy and food industry by producing India's first animal-free milk protein and dairy products (certainly a world's first A2 milk protein) using bioengineering the microbes & precision fermentation. STAR Lab:

What is your achievement?
I am from Gandhinagar and travel daily to Ahmedabad for my startup as it was getting very difficult to get good talent in Gandhinagar. Hope to change this in the next 5-10 years or so... Also Ahmedabad is the perfect place to push the startup ecosystem (hopefully tech startups) in Gujarat! We need to shift our mentality from serving clients and earning quick money to creating value adding products even if it takes time to start earning revenue.
I am also from Gandhinagar you can and will find very talented people in Gandhinagar but your right as the perspective needs to be changed and it will happen soon.
Gandhinagar and Ahmedabad are literally twin cities. You can get to Gandhinagar early then to east and west part of Ahmedabad. Don't give silly excuses. 😅

I live in a village near Jodhpur. But whenever I go to Gujarat, especially Ahmedabad and Vadodara I feel special energy there. Hoping for a bright future for Gujarat.

Gujarat also has some amazing agriculture based startups which are doing amazing work in categories like hydroponics, vertical farming, etc. Brio and Rise are some of them.

I'm a resident of vadodara & have done a course from STAR, and all I can say is they are providing basic knowledge of how things work in space & most of their courses are very basic to intermediate level. And talking about it's positioning they are nothing more than a hobby club/space-edtech company. In all these years they have launched maybe 3-4 small rocket at Max altitude of 5 km. While Agnikul, Skyroot, Bellatrix, Pixxel are all proven startups with physical products & not just a 3d rocket model
