      Thanks for your comment and reaching out.
      May I ask which version of Fusion you have?

      @@learnitalready Just for personal use. I thought that might be a problem but It is not some crazy option that would change a lot

    Yes, learn Fusion so they can continue to nerf their software and then jack up the price. "OH, it's still free... it just can't be used anymore."

      Hello! Thanks for your comment. Looks like Fusion 360 has been a source of frustration to you. Can you explain your comment more please? Were you or are you using the free version and it’s no longer working for you? What specific issues are you facing?

    • @mattw7949
      @mattw7949 10 месяцев назад +2

      Yes, I used it as a hobbyist while they debugged it and loudly and frequently stated "It'll always be free for hobbyists!"
      Then it became "It's still free for hobbyists, but $490/year if you want to keep any of the basic, useful features."
      Then it became, "Oh, you want to do machining with this? THOSE features are now only in the $1800/year add-on. We've now nerfed all rapid movements just to make sure you can't use it."
      Why on earth would I think they won't just keep nerfing and increasing the price once they get people hooked in.
      Is it their right to do that? Sure. Will they ever get another dollar of my money? Nope. F them. I'll sell my CNC mill for scrap before that happens.
      I'm old, don't do this stuff to make money, and I can afford to stand by my principles.

      Sorry to hear about your frustration with the software, and thanks for explaining. I don’t have any answers for you regarding what happened, just empathizing with you that good deals often don’t last long.
      May I ask, out of curiosity, what has brought you to our channel? Is this your first tutorial you’ve watched from us? Or have you benefitted from other tutorials we’ve made?

      @@learnitalready I guess because i consume a lot of CAD/CAM/3d printing content, the youtube algorithm thought I'd be interested. The algorithm still struggles with "Grumpy Old Man" factors.
