- In this video we visit the Camms Road level crossing in Cranbourne, an interesting crossing notable for still featuring the older style hybrid bells. Situated just outside Cranbourne station we see various Metro Comeng and Siemens trains arriving and departing the station on the single track.
Camms Road is also used by a lot of buses departing the station. We see a good variety of different Cranbourne Transit buses including Scania L94UB's, Scania K230UB's, Scania K280UB's and Scania K310UB's. We also see the odd Ventura bus.
The Cranbourne line is one of the largest single track sections remaining on Melbourne's rail network, however construction works to duplicate the line is currently underway to enable more frequent services to run. Expected to be completed by 2023, the duplication works will see the Camms Road level crossing grade separated.

Nice to see my favourite Comeng carriage 571M opening the video!
Keep them coming and are you planning on going to Mentone and Cheltenham once lockdown is over?

Nice video really cool may head to preston as soon as possible
Great video and crossing, sad it’s getting removed.
That's progress for you but it's sad to see hybrid bells are slowly diminishing.
What’s the current speed limit through this crossing since how close the trains get before it’s triggered
I will try to make it
wow your filming a few crossings now that's cool :)

I mightn’t make it because I need to have a shower, but I’ll make a comment when I am done :>
