Jinx's coloring is absolutely beautiful. I'm sorry that she had a tough shed. I'm sure she'll be right as rain really soon. Especially with you taking such wonderful care of her. Take care and stay safe Everyone. 🥰🤗❤
Sometimes, bigger snakes have sheds that are in pieces, and the large the snake the more likely the owner has to help take some off. My blood python sometimes needs a little help with shed on her tail. (P.S. what he’s doing is the best way to do it. Never try to peel it off- but rub your fingertips or palm and glide the shed off. Ripping it off can hurt the snake.)
@shibainu8062 I'm not insinuating that your taking bad care of your blood python however if the humidity is right it should all come of at once. It may come of in one piece or multiple but if humidity is right it should all come of in one shed.
@@Breviparopus Recently there was a big humidity drop at the worst of times. Her last sheds all came off by herself, but this time it wasn't as great. Similar to the guy in the video- it was a rough shed.
Yeah, it can be difficult when you get a new enclosure. Plus that awesome enclosure is much larger, so calibrating the humidity and such can be tricky at first. Plus things just happen sometimes. Good luck though!!
How is she liking her new enclosure? How is your family liking it? Also, how’re the little spiders doing? Gosh she’s beautiful. I love the iridescent sheen of her scales.
Having to help snakes who are having a tough shed sucks even worse than the snake having a tough shed. Its rough on the human too! Had a snake dropped on me when I was 16 and had no idea how to properly take care of it SMH I don't deserve another one. There was no internet available so I couldn't even look it up. Just what few books I could get ahold of and talking to pet shop "owners" who knew less than I did!
Hey I love your channel! I have a regular ball python, almost a year old. He sheds but the shed doesn’t come off that easily at all, it comes off in little flakes over the span of a month or longer sometimes, I keep it humid with a heated and a heat lamp and I mist him, it just doesn’t work good and I’m worried he’s very unhappy or uncomfortable:(
Your not supposed to help them shed it can damage their scales and hurt the snake. At least that's what my stepdad told me because we have a snake. If I'm wrong please let me know.
After they shed on their own it doesn’t cause any issues. As long as you aren’t trying to force it off. That’s when you risk tearing their skin or something like that.
You shouldn’t help shed if they have not shed yet on their own. In this situation it was just a bit of stuck shed. After a warm soak it comes right off.
It's all about socializing and taking care of it well and supervising it. No reptile owner would let their reptiles loose in their houses because it would harm them, not the owner. They're meant to be kept inside enclosures. Unless if it's highly venomous, it's completely safe to let your snake out with supervision

She is just wild type. She is prettier than most reticulated python morphs to me

Ela é capaz de fazer isto sozinha,a obra de DEUS não necessita reparo do homem
That iridescence is EVERYTHING omg
Agreed! Was coming to say the same thing! I absolutely love the iridescent in pythons and how it makes them look like liquid gold also!
@briannarichter6558 that is such a good description! I will now be thinking about this every time I see an iridescent beauty like Jinx :)))
I'll bet she's appreciative of you helping her shed!
Wow! I love these colours. Some of her scales shine like a rainbow!❤

Yes! Lots of ball python videos are on the way. We have a lot of eggs that will be hatching next month!
That is a big snake and pretty 😊
Sooo pretty
She must’ve been so relieved
She has gorgeous colors
I can't help but wonder if a snake's shed is anything like when we peel after being burnt...itchy...either way I bet the relief feels great.
jinx is a beautiful snake
THAT RAINBOW SHINE love it❤❤
Gorgeous snake! 😮
Such beautiful sheen. Bet she feels better.
Yeah, it can be difficult when you get a new enclosure. Plus that awesome enclosure is much larger, so calibrating the humidity and such can be tricky at first. Plus things just happen sometimes. Good luck though!!
That's better than any asmr imo 😮❤❤
I love the colors on the snake, very stunning

Do you ever make snake skin shed jewelry...jinks would make beautiful jewelry the patterns amazing
The most beautiful of snakes 😭
How is she liking her new enclosure? How is your family liking it? Also, how’re the little spiders doing? Gosh she’s beautiful. I love the iridescent sheen of her scales.
Oh yeah. Right out of the water. Shed comes off like butter. I know it has to feel good.

My snake is soon shedding too :3
I'm not a snake but I bet that feels great
I just know that feels awesome
Mom I ain’t bathing I’ll just scrape off my old skin.
Okay son.

Why is the both horrifying and satisfying? Thats a beautiful snake tho
Awe poor baby 💚🐍💚
Wow the snake just keeps going..
aww well he needed help .with his shed .
Now i know where my cat is…
Poor dear! Wish they could like a sugar scrub😅
I feel this in my soul just get it off me bro😂
Girls can relate badly
needs a humidifier in the enclosure, or access to a big enough water bowl to soak
Such a beautiful snake
👇 those who agree
oh no, do you think it's because of the new enclosure?
It's bigger so probably hard to keep humidity in (specially bc I think he lives in a dry climate)
# SATISFYING
This is gonna give me nightmares
Beauty
May be due to all the moving hoping for a better shed next time ❤
May I ask what type she is?
Wow
That's how my gf holds my snake 💀
Wut 💀
O w beautiful looking nope rope
Your not supposed to help them shed it can damage their scales and hurt the snake. At least that's what my stepdad told me because we have a snake. If I'm wrong please let me know.
He's just helping the snake get rid of some shed that didn't come off ^_^
Snake unboxing
Poor Jinx.
How long he or she ISS ????
PLEASE DON’T DO THIS TO YOUR REPTILE!
Why? She already shed and had some stuck. I soaked her and then helped rub it off. It’s perfectly fine.
Why are you peeling the covers from a nope rope?
OMG!
Love it is it not the coolest feeling doing that
I can't stand the sight of a snake tell me how you train a killer
Isn't it bad to help a snake shed?
Technically, yes, unless its been there for awhile or they arent wet and its not ready
Prismatic!
😮😮😮😮😮
Has literally dropped
Creepy😨
Really not supposed to do that.
After they shed on their own it doesn’t cause any issues. As long as you aren’t trying to force it off. That’s when you risk tearing their skin or something like that.
Soon snakes are going to take over the world because we keep letting them breed
They will take better care of the earth than humans do!
Ive heard you shouldnt help snakes shed. You van hurt them actually and cause and infection. Is yhis an emergency case?
You shouldn’t help shed if they have not shed yet on their own. In this situation it was just a bit of stuck shed. After a warm soak it comes right off.
Isn't the skin is supposed to come out in one piece🙄
She never shed in one piece.
Some snakes are just messy shedders. But this one was particularly bad.
@@Molinaro_Snake_Lab oh thanks btw I learnt it from your videos that they should shed in one piece😊
She’s going to eat you someday watch out for her losing weight she’s making room for you to eat yikes! (I hope I’m wrong)
I can guarantee you that I will never be eaten by a snake.
Don't ever do that, let animals shed on there own and only do it if there is serious problem
I think you are confused. She did shed on her own. This was just a little that did not come off.
Stop it you're hurting the poor snake.
No, it doesn’t hurt them. Snakes are a huge part of my life. If it hurt them I wouldn’t do it. I’m helping her remove the stuck shed.
This Snake will end your life in a second so don't sit here telling people this is a pet I bet you you would not let it run around your house a loose
Grow up and educate yourself, you're showing how ignorant you are
It's all about socializing and taking care of it well and supervising it. No reptile owner would let their reptiles loose in their houses because it would harm them, not the owner. WHATS DRAKE DOING THARE??!!!!
