Hi, The e65s has the 65mm burrs and the E80s is 80mm. The difference is primarily speed and output. The larger burrs grind faster and can do more coffee a day.

This grinder is designed for espresso grinding, I would recommend a separate grinder for drip/brew coffee.

It's not really a fair comparison considering the price difference. The specialita is awesome, I actually have one in my home kitchen as well.
