how do i ensure it prints with a bleed edge ... its printing with a white boarder

Try any of the following: Go to File->Export->Export as PDF and before that, click on 'Design' tab on menu ribbon on the top, then on right most side click on Format Background, then make sure the background is Solid Fill color of your choice, (Any picture background may cause problems in printing if the size of picture is not big enough of if the aspect ratio of picture doesn't match with poster dimensions. Also during printing, make sure in printer settings there shouldn't be any margins.
