That will probably be the most fun vehicle you will own😂, that seam rusted at the cowl as it is i bet the cowl is rusted out in the cowl to firewall seam and water leaks into the floor

I wouldn't do any suspension work until you get the car trustworthy. Seriously you have major rust issues that need new metal
