As a long time resident, actually this is accurate. You're correct that, once the video reaches Wilson Blvd (5:00 min mark) that technically is not Rosslyn, but it's still Arlington (or, NoVa) proper.

There is other options but these two is what i been using.
About 95% of this is not Rosslyn. I lived on North Ode Street in Rosslyn for several years and recall the parameters well.
