It’s always nice to look back at some of the little details of favorite game as it just makes the experience of playing the game and going around the environment to notice the things that might be generally overlooked in the game as it makes the experience of playing GTA IV even better for me. The last egg is pretty neat. I knew about it, and interestingly they definitely wanted players to see it as you can find the graffiti on Roman's first apartment at the start of the game (though I think it's after the building is burnt down). The whole universe thing is probably the most interesting, and my head-canon is that they are somehow, loosely connected to each other, with the same characters existing in both: Claude, Tommy, CJ, Toni, Victor, and Mike all being in the HD universe, however I personally think they are different in these other universes. Like in the HD universe, I don't think the events of GTA: Vice City played out exactly as they did in the 3D universe, though some variant of that did happen and Tommy was still there, though it may have resulted in his death. This goes for every campaign, while those games did happen in the HD universe, it wasn't the same way and in some way or another, the protagonist died in the end, or at least before the events of GTA 4 which for some is a short period of time from when their last appearance alive takes place. For example, both Toni and Claude were canonically last seen alive in 2001, so in just 7 years by the events of GTA 4 they both died is pretty sketchy. Lastly, and this is partially unrelated, but I think GTA 6 will not take place in the HD universe, rather it will start the next universe: the 4K universe. All the different universes are named after the main selling feature of the hardware they were released on. The PS2 and Xbox boasted impressive 3D graphics, the PS3 and PS4 and Xbox parallels were HD graphics, but the PS5 and Xbox Series are probably most interesting for their 4K display.

If you look up CP up on the computer, you will get an LCPD popup on your screen along with an instant 5 star wanted level. Rumor has it you'll get your door kicked in by real life SWAT members as you're escaping this 5 star wanted level as well.
I actually remember seeing something about that, but I can't say I'd wanna try it for content.
I remember I was 12 when I got GTA 4 and I stumbled across that. I was so confused why I'd get a wanted star for checking out child "models" when we see adult models all the time. I didn't understand what it implied lol
In the urban myths part there was a part that mentioned a man who had his drink spiked and kidney stolen I couldn't help but find a striking similarity with a mobster named Roy Zito who was mentioned by Luis lopez who said the Zito claimed to have his drink spiked and when you look up Roy Zito on the lcpd computer it is mentioned that he is the underboss of the gambetti family and that he gave his kidney to his boss Jon gravelli because at that time gravelly was gonna have a surgery
Did you know there's a serial surgeon you can read it on newspaper that npc's drop but you have to be quick to read it though cuz the newspaper disappears

Not sure if this counts as a secret but you know the mission where you kill Faustin? After you pick up Roman to take him home you can instead go to cab depot first then go home. There is dialogue for it if you chose to do it that way

I just passed GTA 4 and even though I’m happy I finally passed it I immediately got a little sad after. Just knowing I’ll never experience it the same way ever again feels so empty..they really got everything right in this game.

To add to the secret of #10, Toni and Victor's name can also be seen, they were the protagonists of Liberty City Stories and Vice City Stories which were prequels to GTA 3 and VC

There is actually a real life cartoon like Republican Space Rangers - it was made by a polish artist Walaszek and it's called Captain Bomb (Kapitan Bomba).
I think the hippos do appear in San Andreas too, along the beach side and pier areas.

I have a good secret for you, only problem is idk if its real lmao. I heard about it in a gta 4 "slavposting" facebook group. The guy had convincing pics to back it up, and these people on facebook are more prone to playing on console.
Anyway the secret is supposedly if you do "good" things like hang out with friends and play missions, the colors will be more vibrant. However if you don't do missions and go on shooting sprees, ignoring your friends then the colors will be more black and white.
A R* employee literally said at one point that there is in fact something in the woods in GTA SA. But wouldn't elaborate more on it.
So clearly it's true that there are true urban myths in GTA SA. And something in the woods is clearly one of them
There were some "easters eggs" hinting towards LS, even a picture at funland at the go cart with picture of GTA 5's version of LS, if I remember correct?
Rockstar are very good at hidding secrets and some are fun too discover.

I wish this game would get a remaster. I loved it, with its deliberately dark and murky tones which were almost a complete contrast to games like Vice City

James was kind of an asshole and a bully according to Snape because he grew up spoiled,popular and rich even Lilly didn't like him until thier 7th year at Hogwarts when he became head boy and was more mature .Dumbledore wanted Harry to be humble so that's why he choose the Dursleys because they hate magic and would abuse him making him humble and not an asshole like James The Bond of Blood Charm was just an excuse to make himself feel better he knew that Voldemort wasnt returning for another 13 years.He even said it in The Philosopher's Stone:Harry needs to grow up away from all the fame and attention until he is ready.They literally could have chosen anyone else like The Weaslys,Andromeda and Ted Tonks or some other Members of The Order Of The Pheonix and Harry still would have been humble and protected from Voldemort.I think even Voldemort would have raised him better than the Dursleys Voldemort would have let him use his magic.The Dursleys could have literally killed Harry because if he wasn't rebeling against them and suppressed his magic instead . He would have become an Obscurus and would have died like Ariana Dumbledore

Because poa dosent have anything to do with Voldemort but with James's past which is boring the only thing connecting it to Voldemort is Peter returning in the end.Oof is stupid because Fudge is a Moron and doesn't believe Harry and the prophecy is useless he already knew he needed to kill Harry also Harry being falsely led into the ministry is the stupid and they killed Sirius for no reason JK Should have stuck with the original idea to kill Arthur Weasly because he doesn't help much and Sirius would have been a good father figure for Harry during the dark times.Umbrige is the worst character in harry potter even worse than Voldemort she should have been killed not sent to a dementor free azkaban.These 2 installments could have been skipped and the series would have been just as good if not better.GOF Cut all of the boring parts of the book and made other things better like Karkaroff ratting out Barty Crouch Jr.Thats why All the movies except DH1 are better than the books in general.Also the bond of blood charm being the reason Harry has to be abused by the Dursleys is BS they knew voldemort isn't returning for at least 13 years so it won't be a problem he could have just stayed with the weaslys or with Dumbledore and they could protect him.The real reason Harry has to be abused is so he doesn't become like James.If I was Harry I would have let the dementor suck out Dudley's soul and I would have let Malfoy die in the fiendfire that's why my list is like that
