    Thank you so much for your wonderful videos. I have been following your suggestions for a few months now as I have just had breast cancer and am on anastrozol (since mid April) which as you would know can make your cholesterol high. My cholesterol was already on the higher side 6.2 (don't know what that equates to in US as I'm in Australia). Good news is since following you suggestions not only for cholesterol but anti inflammlation and breast cancer my cholesterol is now 4.8 which it hasn't been since pre menapause. Thank you so much. Why don't other Drs follow your recommentations. My Cardiologist wanted me to go on statins which I refused to do. Thank you again.

    I'm 76 years old and have had high cholesterol(180 to 200) since I checked 25 years ago. I eat real food, seldom drink alcohol, and eat dry beans, lentils, etc. My blood pressure is normal, and I have never had blood sugar issues. My body weight is normal, and I refuse to take Statins. Once or twice, I eat a dark chocolate Cake (no sponge)or real cheesecake.By the way I eat all the good food you mention for a long time

      I am 76 female and have had a 265 cholesterol forever. I have a 65 HDL which is good and I had a "vertical atheroprofile" performed which showed my LDL to be composed of buoyant molecules and NOT dense ones. This is why I never went on statins, my cardiac imaging tests show zero plaque. So, since you are 76 and have no issues and your cholesterol level is OK, do not worry. The test above was called a VAP test but I have been out of the US for 15 years so I am not sure of it offered anymore. I asked my Thai doctor to order all the i,aging tests but over here they are cheap. Not sure if Medicare pays for them in US, but I got peace of mind when the tests proved what I always believed despite a high cholesterol. Eat whole foods, avoid junk foods, and exercise...you will be fine!

      Cholesterol is not the devil. Blood vessel inflammation is the root cause of plaque development. Lack of vitamins and minerals combined with inflammatory foods is what create the damaged blood vessel that starts the process of atherosclerosis.

    Why would anyone want to lower cholesterol?

    • @antoinette4729
      @antoinette4729 6 дней назад

      Having seen ten year olds killed by accidents and on autopsy their arteries are clogged from years of fast foods! Yes, the parents admitted it once they knew their child had such a condition. Unlikely the child would live past 30 with such arteries and obesity as well. So certain humans with cholesterol levels twice the upper limit of normal have issues because the lipoproteins are too high. If you have a chance, stop by and visit a local pathologist and ask to see a cross section of a clogged artery. You will see the waxy buildup of cholesterol plaque. Yes, we NEED cholesterol to build our hormones, and low cholesterol is very bad. Lipoproteins are the issue and they make up part of cholesterol plaque.

    How could this be accurate that your blood pressure 3 to 5 times more force then category 5 hurricane. How are you measuring that by wind or rain. What proof do you have that you can state this. If this was true, your blood vessels would not be able to handle all of the blood. I dont like this illustration cause it is very vague and not a good comparison. How can you compare a hurricane to a blood vessel. I dont like the dis information you are sending to try to sell your advice and scare people. This is not an accurate example for people living with high blood pressure and you trying to deal with practical solutions Not a fabricated story of comparing your blood vessels to a hurricane. I dont appreciate this condfusing statement that you made. Your post is very confusing and not syayed in clear terms. Please try to simplify with understandable language for the common man. What are your qualifications to make such a bold statement. You have upset me and i am going to talk to my cardiologist to check this exageraterd claim. You should be trying to help people not scare them by stating your blood vesse3ls are worese then hurricanes.
