Anyone else find it interesting that Australian Outback's theme featured more prominently in the intro than any other season and the Winner of All-Stars (Amber) was on the Australian Outback season?
It could also reflect the fact that Australian Outback had the most returnees, which makes sense, given it remains the most viewed season of the show to this day.

Also, don't know why it took u 12 years to find music from pearl islands. You can obviously hear the whales in the background, and the violin playing in one of the transitions
survivor used to be so amazing.. don't get me wrong, it's still good.. but they really need to get back to how the earlier seasons were played.. actual survivor.. no idols, no exile, no redemption, no russell.

I agree. People just make big moves for the sake of making them. Their timing is off and then it sinks their game too. It seems it's shifted more from the social bonds that save you to strategic gameplay only. A lot of people seem to be robots unfortunately. But, I agree the hidden immunity idol is the best thing to happen to survivor.
All Stars was amazing. I think they should do another addition of all former-winners, it would be interesting to see how the best of the best square off against one another.
This intro has a mix element of Borneo, Australia, Africa, Marquesas, a little bit of Amazon in background if you can hear properly & Pearl Islands (Violin Part). Haven't heard a Thailand element though.
Funny how Survivor production thought the season was received poorly because of the 3 tribe division given that it took them 17 seasons to bring that format back. The tried 4 tribes twice before bringing back 3.

I listened to Thailand and All Stars intros about 10 times back and forth and i found 0:34 - 0:36 and 0:53 - 0:56 are 100% from Thailand. Also, i’m not sure but, I believe the music that starts off Mogo Mogo is from Thailand

@789shadow Although I prefer Sandra to Amber any other season, just think what would have happened to this season without her? 90% of the drama and excitement from this season is gone. Without the Rob and Amber relationship All-Stars would have been Thailand levels of awful.

Because the Legends get targeted early and the underdogs want to make a name for themselves by taking out said Legends. Just look at how WaW went as well. It was pretty much the exact same scenario there too. For All-Stars in particular, quite a few people rejected offers to come back. That's why you had weird picks like Amber (She was the alternate choice because Elizabeth said no).

Season 41 is among the worst survivor seasons. If you want to watch newer seasons, I suggest 43, 44 or 45. Much better than 41 and 42.

Chapera and Mogo were the names used for tribes in Koh Lanta 4 (2004) = Survivor France...
They were filmed in the same location. Mogo Mogo and Chapera are two of the Saboga islands.
