    please if you can explain to me, why the mobile phases containing a concentration of ammonium sulfate promote the binding of many proteins to HIC columns??

      i forgot how it worked but i think it had to do with ammonium (NH4) being a keypart of proteins

    Such a low pitch sound really irritating and such things makes the learning distracted. Audio quality always matters when we try to maintain concentration.
