    You first said that if the ph of the proteins is more than their iso electric point than they have net -charge
    But 10 seconds later you said that protein C with ph 9 has more net positive charge than protein B
    How is that works?

    And what is the iso electric point of proteins in this case
    And if it is 5 then protein A has a net + charge but you said that protein A has net - charge
    Clear the doubt please

      Yeah same , I got confuse at that part too , protein A ph is below phi buffer , then it should be positively charged isn’t it ? I hope the owner can help me to understand this part 😫
