    Thank you for this very good info! liked and subbed btw. Id like to ask a question, My head measures about 21.5 and thinking about getting a L headgear fg2900 would that still fit since you can tighten it? so i can get a fit that really covers the cheek or a medium would be better?

      I would check the official Winning page for sizing details. My head is smaller and i use a L. The Japanese sizing runs smaller so L.

    You have 36.5" waist and medium groin guard fits perfect? Winning size chart shows medium is for waist size 28-32". I am trying to decide on a size for my 36" waist (and 38" around the belly). I was almost about to buy size 2L (for waist size 32-36"). I am so confused.

      Japanese size runs smaller

    • @ddbear8786
      @ddbear8786 6 месяцев назад +1

      @@BoxingSecrets Yes I understand that Japanese size runs smaller. But what I'm confused about is that in the video, the waist size is 36.5" and Medium fits well. But Winner sizing chart shows that Medium is for waist size 28-32". I have about the same waist size 36". So this leaves me extremely confused about which size to buy.

    • @BoxingSecrets
      @BoxingSecrets  6 месяцев назад

      @@ddbear8786 36.5 would be a tight fit, so if you are lean then yeah, if you can't maintain that then get a large. still fits and it's larger amount the stomach

    • @ddbear8786
      @ddbear8786 6 месяцев назад +1

      @@BoxingSecrets I just received the Large today, and it fits perfect. I’m not sure why Winner recommends size 2L for our waist size of 36. It does seem that they recommend a loose fit. Maybe it is because some people wear it on top of their shorts. I wear it underneath.

      @@ddbear8786 Ah great to hear it fit well, must have been nervous! I'll have a look into the sizing a bit deeper when i have time, it is a topic of contention.

    • @BoxingSecrets
      @BoxingSecrets  6 месяцев назад

      I've worn a large with no problems, just a little more space for your stomach, but you won't feel it when you train.

    • @BoxingSecrets

      @SwitchStepBoxing size M is good in FG 2900 head gear it's 20-22 inch is good size M .
      But if you want to buy the FG 5000 you need size :L Because size M in the helmet bar will touch your nose and it will be too small.

      I always air them out after training, worst thing is keeping them in your gym bag closed, at least open the bag
