Heads up for y’all too I had the instance where because I updated to windows 11 I had vanguard running in windows 11 compatibility mode but val itself was running windows 8 they gotta be the same that was the only thing that fixed it all in the end for me
i assume you are used to it by now after having win11 ive never ever in my entire life struggled so bad with windows not even remotely close ive spend over 20hours by now in only 2 weeks trying to fix issues from windows its so beyond annoying
u r so awesome me and my friend were trying to get this to work for so long but all the other tutorials didn't work but urs actually helped!!! tysm ur so awesome peace and love may god bless ur life
If you have all those done and still get the same error, make sure you dont have logitech G hub or any similar mouse/keyboard/rgb program isn't running. exit them and Vanguard will turn from yellow to Red and thats it.
Thanks for the guide but I opted to just get rid of Valorant and Riot client all together. Its just as complicated but saves me more time in the long run.
secure boot is enabled, uefi mode enabled, the tpmsa thing 2.0 enabled. vanguard says secure boot is disabled. So maybe a video on how to enable secure boot if secure boot is enabled?
For those of you with corsair computers, you may need to turn off ICUE software if you think you have everything enabled. Apparently ICUE software can create a conflict with TPM
Seriously amazing comment. I spent ages trying to get this game working trying, and seeing this comment I realised I had a Corsair Mouse, disabled the software and worked straight away! Cheers.
Can someone help me? On my bios, I don't have a search option, so I don't find any of the options, but secure boost. So if anyone tells me where they exactly are, I would be really grateful!
hmm. I'm running a ROG Strix motherboard as well so i ran through the same settings as you.. I have TPM 2.0 enabled, Secure Boot on, Windows is UEFI, but still getting the VAN9003 error. I made sure to disable iQue. Riot says to call ASUS if i have an issue.. lol
I couldn't find tpm so just changed the other 2 and now I can't get back into my bios. The screen never displays the asus screen and sends me directly to login. Tried restarting through advanced startup and it just gives me a black screen.
it works but when i make those changes my ps5/ps4 controllers wont register, if i look at the devices its just blank. (No i dont play valorant with controller is for other games) this means i have to make those changes every time i want to change games. There is no info for this type of problem i haven't seen anybody with the same issue.

seems like too much work just to play a game i feel like i should uninstall it
honestly
Seriously, why the fuck do i need to configure this much to comply? They should just improve their security instead of asking the users to to this wtf
Not to mention i also dont know if this option will screw me in some way in the future

Thank you , I've never been so irritated with my computer settings, but this fixed everything.
