  • A guide to help you upgrade your Peugeot 306 master cylinder. (This would, or should, apply to Citroen Xsaras/ZXs also. I think.)
    The master cylinder part number is:
    7D0611019B
    3/16" brake pipe
    some m10 unions (female)
    and some m12 x1.0 unions (male)
    brake fluid, obviously.
    306 reservoir.
    boom!
    Thank you for watching, all likes and subscribers are very much appreciated, all comments are read and replied to as soon as I can :-)

      J'espère pouvoir d'abord adapter les disques arrière, puis passer au tour 16 et continuer avec les disques avant,
      Merci beaucoup pour vos contributions et vos informations, j'espère que cela ne vous dérange pas si je vous écris pour poser des questions!

    I use always brembo 5.1 brake fluid bikes/cars. yes its cost more but that bottle is enough for least 1car brakes

    • @PiggyPower
      @PiggyPower  Год назад

      I used to use 5.1 too, but I am switching to fully sythentic higher quallity dot4 in general. easier to top up if stuck somewhere and it often has same performance. thanks for watching and commenting!

    Great video as always fella. What can I do with my master cylinder I run a 206sw 2.0 hdi got 307 288mm front brakes on it. And 206 gti rear beam (disc brakes) non abs model?

    • @PiggyPower
      @PiggyPower  6 лет назад +1

      you may find you have the largest stock fitting one for a 206. Im investigating the fitment of a later berllingo one, which needs minor work to fit to a 206. If you have not got the GTi180 master cylinder, then that would be an upgrade :)

    Hi, can you tell me the part number for the master cylinder please? I’m running 207cc discs and callipers on my Peugeot Partner 2.0 hdi and the pedal needs a lot of effort . Running Ferodo DS performance pads on 283mm discs.

      If you're running GTi6 brakes, your stock M/C is plenty big enough. 👍

      If it was master cylinder, all brakes would be like that. Caliper is sticking is say, could be a number of different parts of the caliper.
