- A guide to help you upgrade your Peugeot 306 master cylinder. (This would, or should, apply to Citroen Xsaras/ZXs also. I think.)
The master cylinder part number is:
7D0611019B
3/16" brake pipe
some m10 unions (female)
and some m12 x1.0 unions (male)
brake fluid, obviously.
306 reservoir.
boom!

Salutations d'Argentine, j'aime vos vidéos!

I use always brembo 5.1 brake fluid bikes/cars. yes its cost more but that bottle is enough for least 1car brakes
I used to use 5.1 too, but I am switching to fully sythentic higher quallity dot4 in general. easier to top up if stuck somewhere and it often has same performance. thanks for watching and commenting!
handy video thanks
No worries! Thanks for writing a comment too! 👌🐷
Instructions not clear enough - what do I do with all the extra cushions?
Maxwell Wheeler make a "chill zone" 👍🐷💪
Is there brake mastercylinder upgrade for 205 gti?
Mi16 would fit? Or is it same?
I don't know sorry, look them up, measurements and compare!
@@PiggyPower P406 would fit 23.8mm need to plug up one line because its 4
Find stef205 on Instagram and ask, he's done a m/c upgrade for his HUGE brakes
moore 206 exampel how to change the brake disk and pads at the back and front, would love to see that best of luck! :)
I will try and do this at some point as part of my 101 maintenance series as its basic mechanics rather than modified.
thanks for watching and commenting :)
thanks! locking forward to it im gonna do some work on my 206 with the break pads and so on. so some tips and how to do it is gonna be great. awesome channel
Great video as always fella. What can I do with my master cylinder I run a 206sw 2.0 hdi got 307 288mm front brakes on it. And 206 gti rear beam (disc brakes) non abs model?
you may find you have the largest stock fitting one for a 206. Im investigating the fitment of a later berllingo one, which needs minor work to fit to a 206. If you have not got the GTi180 master cylinder, then that would be an upgrade :)
@@PiggyPower Yes! Berlingo. None of this 'Partner' nonsense.
Hi, can you tell me the part number for the master cylinder please? I’m running 207cc discs and callipers on my Peugeot Partner 2.0 hdi and the pedal needs a lot of effort . Running Ferodo DS performance pads on 283mm discs.

Just found this video , already running GTI6 front brakes on my 2.0 hdi 90 . Could you tell me the part number for this master cylinder please .
Kind regards 😊👍
If you're running GTi6 brakes, your stock M/C is plenty big enough. 👍
hi .... i have problem with the brake
when i push the brake one of the wheels stil block with the brakes i dont know where is the probleme
To ensure I answer correctly... What do you mean by one of the wheels "stil block"??
@@PiggyPower when I brake the front wheel right stay brake ...... the brake pads cannot return whene I press the brake and releas't
and the disque get super hot
Have you serviced the brakes?
Yes i change the master cylindre 6 month ago and i change the flexible and i restore the brake caliper but nothing change
I think the f
New flexible or master cylindre are damaged from the firts time i chang them
If it was master cylinder, all brakes would be like that. Caliper is sticking is say, could be a number of different parts of the caliper.
I Fort jounts in brake lines were a M.O.T failure in the UK
Shane Kneeshaw nope, not now, not ever. The 306 has joins in its lines as do many many many many many cars from factory. 👍🐷💪

306 estate (2000 - 7e) 1.9d apply?
billy bob this will apply to any 306. However... I'm amazed you need bigger brakes for a 1.9d!! 😂🐷💪
wont be a 1.9d all her life :P
billy bob good lad, that's what I like to hear 🐷💪👍
