Not Milroe fault he does over throw a few passes but he will make most of his passes. The problem has been that the play calling is predictable and defense can predict when we are passing and when we will run so they blitz and sack our qb. But if you watch the second half he was more creative even to the snap count. So that’s why we played a lot better saban probably got on the OC and he made some adjustments

As a Utah Man I'm very pleased with the outcome of the USC game. With all the injuries we have, it is easy to write off the season before it's played. Our team has found a way to fight on (jab at USC there). 3rd string QB with no scholarship at the beginning of the year, and no running back for this game, leads the Utes into the coliseum and takes the W. I want everyone to know that I've figured it all out. I've been wearing my new Roll Tide baseball cap that I got this summer. At halftime, I went to my closet and dug out my ol' Alabama Crimson Tide cap that I've had since 1992. That seems to have done the trick. Let's talk about Tommy Reese calling plays like Bill O'Brian or like he's calling plays at Norte Dame. The first half he was calling simple plays and the same run up the middle that only got 2 or 3 yards. In the second half he started moving players around, getting the ball to the outside and called a run play for Milroe. Hey Tommy, see which half worked best and stick with it, the answer is the 2nd half.
And yet, we get to the end of the game and cannot finish it off by getting a first damned down! Six uncreative runs across two 3-and-outs. All we needed to do was get a first down, and the game's over! Instead we have to nail-bite and hope Tennessee doesn't get lucky and break a big one when we punt it back to them. Ugh.
