Kyle, I know that you may not want to hear this but here is the truth: 1) There is a recession going on, repos have surged, thousands have been layed off, consumer debt is at an all-time high in comparison to average income 2) Frankly, you don't do good reviews like you used to do 3) You got too personal "sharing" stuff as you rode and while we all were glad to send up a prayer for you, a lot people have their own struggles and did not want to "take-on" your burdens too. Kyle, love your channel and wish you all the best.

I've always enjoyed your raffles, but none of the shirts ever fit me so they don't get worn. All the shirts are cut for people built like you Kyle. Maybe just try giving away one bike next time instead of two??
Kyle should also get out of his comfort zone behind the camera attend some GNCC or similar events. Maybe have a vendor booth setup at events for people to buy merch and enter to win.

I would say add the raffle tickets on, not take the other stuff away. That way people have a choice
Set it up more like a raffle but without a hard date/ timeline. So the raffle ends when "X" amount tickets are sold. That way you always make your overhead, and dont have a deadline.

I have bought something on almost every sweepstakes for at least 5 years . I have straps . T shirts and masks . Still never won. Ordered from Rocky Mountain more than half the times . I feel my biggest gripe is we never know if we are actually entered . I started supporting Kincaid Pavich because when you enter his sweepstakes we get an actual number to prove we are entered . Also Got a number from Kaplan Motorsports when I entered for the GasGas 125 raffle. Just my 2 cents but we have no proof we are actually enter to your sweepstakes.

I agree. I suggested just the other day to Kyle during his live video that he should have something set up to where when you buy something from his website you get a notification of how many entries you received. At least that would make someone feel like they truly entered the sweepstakes. Whenever I buy something from DB Channel, especially during the 10x entries period, I get nothing to confirm the number of entries.

Everyone is feeling the crunch right now, and that doesn't even touch the fact that motorcycles are trending downwards- and a lot of movement (politically) against Dirtbikes and ORV's has driven a lot of folks out of the sport; especially in the Eastern US.

@dirtbikechannel The lack of content on each bike now is what's hurting you as well. About a year ago you pivoted content away from actually reviewing the bikes to just giving them away. Bikes that have been well reviewed are far more interesting than bikes purchased merely for sweepstakes revenue. Go back to reviewing bikes long term. Tell us everything you possibly can about them, then do a giveaway when you get the next one. The sweepstakes should never have become the focus of the channel. It should be the bonus. This give away is tough because how does the grand prize winner pick a bike when they don't even know which one you like best? That being said, I have t shirts and tie downs hanging up that I haven't even touched, having never missed a sweepstakes lol.
I got hooked on your channel because of the bike and product reviews, not the sweepstakes. I actually got into dirt biking because i found your channel. So I thank you for that.
I was hoping to see some footage of that Beta out on the trails. I think that's what most of us really want. The sweepstakes have been a fun side note but it's not the heart of the channel.

Not knowing whether or not your entered using the RMATV link is just kinda scetchy... I ordered a rear tire because i go through 2 or 3 a year so ill have one one on stock.
i worried about that at first so made calls to RMATV. every time i did it showed the link system was working properly. it's fully legit.
also some of his winners say they only ordered from there. but yeah... it's been a good run. always made my week when the drawing was up!
I under stand the problem with the giveaways... but I remember this is like the 3rd time if you don't buy this is going to end panic video.... just stick with item reviews, bike reviews and just riding content please

I agree 100%. I think the channel was better when Kyle just had a bike or two and spent 6 months riding them. The niche that got this channel where it is is being relatable to average riders/people, and all this sweepstakes stuff ain’t it. I think you’d have more of an audience if you just bought used bikes for less money and sold them at a smaller loss to keep your costs down. That’s what many people do, so it’s relatable and good content.
I’ve entered some of the sweepstakes to support, but I honestly barely watch the videos anymore because the content is just not interesting.

Honestly the main reason I never entered, not trying to bash or anything but to give some helpful insight and others might agree. Alot of times I go to your site to order something and my size is sold out, or the hat i liked is not there no more. And all the bikes kinda seem to be the same, i already have a garage full of ktm XCWs etc. Maybe do a poll of what bike people would like to see in next sweepstakes. I want to see some 4-strokes, all my bikes are 2 strokes already. And put a option on the website to just Buy a ton of entries without purchasing a product. Cause honestly I feel like im wasting money buying a shirt I dont like cause the one i want isnt available, I rather just use the money to buy MORE entries and not get products. Hope this helps and if any of this advice was taken I would for sure be more active in future sweepstakes.

Dude, you didn't even put out any videos of the bikes you are raffling off. Kind of feels like you phoned this one in. People are here for bike reviews and riding content, nobody wants to watch you do an oil change on your truck. The Yamaha videos, it was clear you just felt obligated to pay them lip service because they flew you out there. Even your last few live Q & A, your body language and tone when answering questions shows you are just not into this anymore. Time to either call it quits or get back to how you did things before it turned into a job you don't like. Best of luck, hope you can find a way to enjoy this again.
It’s definitely because of the economy. I almost entered, but you were out of stickers and I couldn’t put more than a few dollars in at the time. I also wasn’t sure how I would get it from you all the way out to New York and that seemed like it would be expensive.

Money is super tight for a lot of us. I love your channel. Most of the stuff is sold out (which is hopefully a good thing). I ordered some microfiber cloths, it’s not much but it’s all I could afford and hopefully it helps keep the lights on over there.

You guys don't understand how good the stark is, if it's bush or on the MX track the stark is exceptionally well, yes you have to charge it but don't knock it till you ride it, how do I know? I bought one myself, yeah the battery does run out eventually but it dominates all the gas bikes 100%

No, you're not obligated to buy anything. If you decide to make an adult decision and purchase something, which will then qualify you for the giveaway, that's your decision. However, remember it's entirely optional, and buying something doesn't make you a victim. Don't be overly confident in assuming you understand someone else's financial situation when you likely have limited insight into the complexities of motorcycle giveaways.

Back to the basics. That’s what makes the sweepstakes work. The basics is what brought people to your channel, what people wanted to watch your channel for, what people referenced to friends, the sweepstakes was just a + on the side for that. When the basics became just the + on the side to the sweepstakes people go elsewhere for that basic content. Just my thoughts, I’m probably wrong. 🤷♂️

You are a good man and it’s was a good idea and worked well, it did raise your exposure in the off road market and I believe you will see long time returns for your efforts. It’s time to switch gears and try something different. I agree the economy is hurting a lot of us and that’s part of what you are seeing. I have bought a few things and think your personal brand of products are top notch, like the tie downs for sure. My wife bought a jacket a couple of months ago and loves it. Maybe do a single bike instead of two. That should theoretically save overhead cost for you. In the end, a viewer would win a bike. I’d say push affiliate links more to keep the revenue flowing. Always love your content. Good luck!

Just make good content, instead of new bikes, buy fixer upers and give those away.
With this hobbie and sport people get discouraged because they think they need the latest and greatest. If you can inspire people to save some money and still help the sport grow that would be more valuable than anything else.

Man I’ve been in every drawing for over a year now. I entered this time by RM link. In the past the stuff I bought from your site were tie downs, chairs, backpacks. I can’t spend a bunch of money on shirts and hats, but I have to buy gear and consumables. So when I need something, I use your link. When your store had stuff I can use, I bought it. You do a fantastic job, and I will continue to support you even if you aren’t giving bikes away. But in the future, if you can sell things we are buying anyway, I would think more people would buy. Maybe the affiliate link is the way to go. I use yours every time I order from RM. No matter what happens, your content was a huge help when I got back into dirt bikes 3 years ago and I will always be grateful. Thanks for all you do.

Unfortunately I don’t think videos like this will help your situation. Make content that makes us want to buy your products! We don’t want to be guilt tripped by the guy we dream of being… a full time dirt bike rider. Find other ways to monetize! Entrepreneurs always find a way to reinvent and pull through and I believe you’ll do the same. All of us are rooting for you as we would all love to make a living with dirt bike oriented things. I have been a huge fan for years. Keep making the content that grew your channel in the first place. We all need an escape from these difficult times and a lot of us do it through your videos.

@@snirtbike Seen that video a while back, I hated snowbiking till I figured out how to ride and got my setup dialed. Now I go anywhere on the mountain without the confinement of the trail. The sport’s growing and the new kits have way more of a dirtbike feeling… just thinkin new content, new subscribers for the winter crowd and potentially new giveaways
