Good idea. I use the corkscrew attachments, you way is a far less expensive way to do it plus you can use slimmer tails. Love your channel it is excellent

I really find useful see lure action underwater, I always have an idea in my head what the lure is doing and that is often very different from what the video show, cheers

Wow. Good idea. I live in the U.K. And I've only just started to lure fish. I always fish on flout and weight and I have done for the past 5 years. Any tips or tricks to get me started. It would be awsome if you made a video on tips and tricks for lure fishing. Love your vids. Keep up the good work

Good point on the tail slowing the action of the bait. Just like catching a weed does.

it is odd concept, slow lures down and it takes me a bit of time to adjust to winter fishing, I spend far too long banging lures along before I remember, cheers

Good idea I've even thought about this. Been adding stuff to stuff and to get more auction to baits. But I like then clips I just used then screw like wire. It goes onto the ring and into the bait. But I'm gonna try to find some wire and make your clip that's nice. Thanks sir another great idea. God bless

Лучше спираль сделать. И клеить не надо тогда. И поменять можно на другой цвет.

this is a killer if you use a buoyant or slow sinking lure

Hey Paul your work is incredible.. what apoxy resin is it that u use as a finish coat on your lures? The one that gives it the hard shiney plastic look? and is this the same as the 5 minute apoxy that u coat the wooden lure with before you paint it.. If you could help me out here it would be great thanks

in the uk they tend to be called jerk baits because you jerk them, but the names change depending where you are in the world

Poor contraption to attach the tail. Better to make a shallow screw for the tail. Holds the tail better on, and no need for the glue.

The reason for making instead of a screw which i have made lots of and there even in other videos is I made this on the lakeside originally where making a screw with the tools I had and the time was not practical, so I made this and it worked and I caught pike with it and I have never had a problem with it , is it is good as a screw possibly not but so far I have not had any letters complaint from pike.
