- This week video lure making tutorial is a single episode. Start to finish resin stickbait casting, foiling and painting. The lure will be used primarily for Asp in Poland but is also very well suitable for inshore salt water fishing 👌

Great video! I'm always learning new things and ways of doing things differently. I definitely enjoyed this one. I was just wondering where I could find those sweet stamped scale patterns as well as one of those cool rotating exacto style knives. First time seeing anything like it. Keep up the beautiful work. Since you never do anything with very large amounts of resin you should get a small air pump and make a tiny little vacuum chamber it shouldn't cost too much and shouldn't take up too much space you can just make it as big as necessary

Witaj. Jak zwykle profeska pełna gęba. Napisz proszę czy miałeś jakieś problemy podczas łowienia na własne przynęty ze stelażem wklejony w dwie połówki balsy? Czy na szczupaki zda to egzamin? Stelaż robię z drutu 1mm. Balse przed malowaniem impregnuje tak ja Ty tj w kleju. Później maluje i na kilka warstw lakieru Hartzlak (ok 7). Połówki sklejam również cyjanopanem. A może zastosować inny klej? Szkoda ryb na testy wiec pytam u źródełka😜 robiąc z lipy nie mam tego problemu. 👍
Siemka 😊 nie łowię szczupaków, natomiast po morskich rybach wiem, że Hartzlak i balsa to zbyt miękkie połączenie na zębate ryby, jeszcze balsa impregnowana SG + 3-4 warstwy epoxy zdały by egzamin (od biedy) to balsa + lakier raczej lepiej nie ryzykować. Z lipy też świetnie się robi metodą dwóch połówek 🙂

Have you tried to weight the lure by attaching lead to your internal wire frame? Seems like it would save a lot of extra work and time as opposed to drilling and filling the holes
Hi Rene 😉 yes I did try that and had decent results, however I'm too paranoid that while I don't see, during the pour in the closed form, that the weight will shift and won't be sitting perfectly symetrical 😱

I tried to make a sinking pencil but I am confused about the weight adjustment
Can u guide it's not getting the fluttering action on the fall
Same amount in front and below the bottom hook hanger. Put it as deep as half of the lure body height. Also don't make the belly to thin and round, flatter the belly more fluttering on the drop you will have 😉

How much weight should I put its a 90mm lure Approx height 30mm weight of itself is just 6gm without anything just the wood
@@khawarmanzoor4703 I would say if you have ball sinker of 2.5g in front and behind the bottom hook eye it should be ok, but just glue the weight to super glue impregnated lure body, put also the treble hooks. Thank adjust the amount of weight untill it sinks horizontaly 🙂

Hey what size wire mm would you recommend for 5-10kg range fish? Looking to go after smaller pelagic fish and not looking to get wire bent out or broken. Thanks
So when it comes to pelagics I only caught tunas between 5-11kg and 10kg trevally (5kg tuna on that exact lure 😉) I use twisted 1.2mm through wire and never had any issues 💪😎

Hola 👋 es que no es acrilico, ese es el enlace para conseguirlo en AliExpress: a.aliexpress.com/_vaj6P8 yo uso el de 1.0mm. No viene cortado, asi que tendras que hacerlo tu o, si no tienes los utensiles, puede cortartelo un operador CNC 🧑🔧

Hi 👋 10-11% of microbaloon and you just adjust amount of led to determine floating/suspending 😉 above 11% the mix is just too thick and you will get problems with pouring the lure

Hace poco me asocié con la persona que hace esos sellos para ayudarlo a llegar a más clientes potenciales. Yo mismo pagué originalmente por el primer sello y aunque sé que no son baratos, vale la pena la inversión 👍
Los sellos de escala están disponibles en varios patrones diferentes, ahora los hacemos a ambos lados (dos patrones diferentes de su elección). El tamaño es de 15x5 cm, por lo que es adecuado incluso para cebos de tamaño Tuna/GT/Pike 😉 El precio de un sello es de 100 $ + envío (el costo de envío no es mucho, ya que los hicimos lo suficientemente delgados para minimizar el peso y encajarlos en burbujas sobre).

Hi, its local Polish product, I bought it 5 years ago. Now it has been discontinued, so soon I'll be searching for new one. Based on the popular reviews you can't go wrong with True Coat and Envirotex Lite

Why are you moulding? Isnt easier to do it with wood ?
If you consider that the lures make out of the mould all have carved head details, no it's not easier or faster. The blank from the mould is ready in 45min, to cut it out of wood and carve it would take at least 2-3h, depending on the amount of details. Second reason I use those.lures.for.sea fishing - very toothy fishes, even if it chewed properly still will keep its bouyancy and won't take water 😉

@@PchelaUbica Relatively, maybe not stronger than oak wood, or beech wood, but if you compare to the same bouyancy - let's say basswood, definitely stronger 💪
