In Chapter 136, after the panel where Sanemi figures out that they were infiltrated, it immediately goes to the panel where Muzan is already standing in from of Ubuyashiki and they begin their dialogue exchange. Even Sanemi's dialogue of "We have been infiltrated" is anime only, his panel actually stops after he says" The fuck is this?" and then goes to the next panel where we see Ubuyashiki in bed. Go check it out yourselves if you want to double-check. So there it is. Nonetheless, the entrance they added is a nice touch to add to the tension that they are finally entering the final stages of the story.
