Love is Alive, Mama He’s Crazy, Young Love (Strong Love), I Know Where I’m Going They have so many great hits it’s so hard to narrow it down but this is a start.
The Judds have always been very special to my family. When my mother was in the hospital fighting leukemia, the Judds were in the San Francisco Bay Area for a concert and my mom's priest knew that she loved them so he contacted them and asked if they would call my mom in the hospital and wish her well. They did! I'll never forget the look on my father's face when he answered the phone in her room and was told that Naomi Judd was on the line for my mother. He thought it was a joke, but no, it was really them. It gave my mom and amazing lift. I will always love them for that. They have such a huge catalogue of hit songs and I'd love to see your reaction to Love Can Build a Bridge.
Some artists sound better in person than recorded. if you can sing, you can sing! and I saw Wynona live once and she blew the place away. Just standing there belting it out with almost no effort. Such a strong voice.
Thank you Tasha!! They were awesome in concert. Jo Dee Messina opened for them here in NC back in the day. You should check out Tanya Tucker, Crystal Gayle, KT Oslin.
You’re the only reactor on YT that has done this song of theirs. I wish more people would do it. It was a popular one I remember well from the radio when I was a kid
So happy for their induction into the Country Music Hall of Fame this year. I can't wait to see that show! Too many fantastic songs to name of theirs... definitely worth the rabbit hole.
OH PLEASE, SHANIA TWAIN!!! Man, I feel like a woman From this moment Any man of mine Forever and for always And SO MANY MORE! Very humble and persevered MANY hardships with grace! Beautiful Canadian lady that I was privileged to see in concert. ❤❤❤
Thank you for your reaction. Some of the melodies in this song have always reminded me of Kenney Rogers' song "Love Will Turn You Around" from the movie Six Pack (1982). That was a good song as well.
I grew up listening to the Judd's. I was so heartbroken to find out that Naomi (the mama) recently took her own life. She will be sorely missed. RIP Ms. Naomi 💔
Could you please react to some Clint Black? No shortage of great songs to choose from. "Nothing but the Taillights", "Put Yourselves in My Shoes", and "State of Mind" are just a few options.
Watch them live, especially Wynona on her own, she's a great performer!! She can really "growl" when she wants too!!💙🎶💙🎶 Another artist that I think you might love is Aaron Neville! He sings country blues and his voice is incredible!! Dont Take Away My Heaven, Tell It Like It Is, and The Grand Tour are a few songs I think you will enjoy. Also, his duet, Dont Know Much, with Linda Ronstadt is a beautiful song🎶💙🎶
I called their music, "Judd Music" Next Judd song should be, "Mama He's Crazy" You want to hear some great harmonizing??? Give a listen to; The Statler Brothers any song they do is worth listening to. The Kendalls, "Heavens Just a Sin Away" The Gatlin Brothers "Statues Without Hearts" or "All the Gold in California" The Forester Sisters "That's What You Do When You're In Love", "Men" or "My Mothers Eyes" The Oak Ridge Boys "Dig a Little Deeper in The Well", " Elvira" or " Y'all Come Back Saloon" Dolly Parton, Linda Ronstadt & Emmylou Harris any song off albums Trio 1 & 2. Also The Honky Tonk Angel album with Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn & Tammy Wynette. "Silver Threads and Golden Needles" this video is fun to watch. If you want to die laughing, watch the video of Moe Bandy & Joe Stampley singing "Where's The Dress". This Song came out after pop band Boy George became famous.
There is a band called “The Cadillac Three” and I have followed them since the beginning. They have a couple songs that remind me of how country use to be- “ain’t that country” and even a song “graffiti” - to me the voices remind me of a Hank Sr. Also, a song that many people love i but isn’t mainstream is Eric Church, “Lightning” and even “Record Year”. I love this journey!
Every song is great! Watch live videos!! If you can find it you should watch their farewell tour. Naomi got sick and had to retire. Wynonna went on to be a solo act. Every song is a hit!!!
This was their first big hit back in the very early 80's and I was working as a country DJ in our small hometown AM station at the time. I remember the whole station staff looking at that first album cover and arguing about which one was the mother and which was the daughter.
Naomi Judd and her oldest daughter Wynona. If you did know actress Ashley Judd is her other daugther. Daughter Wynona sings lead and please listen to her solo music too.
Since you're checking out country female family member groups, and of this era, how about checking out The Forester Sisters. They had great vocals and a few big hits. Anyone else agree with me?
I don't care what you call it just keep doing it ok now this mother and daughter team burned up the country radio stations for over a decade great reaction just keep your foot on the gas
React to a father and daughter duo country act of the 70s and early 80s called The Kendalls singing PITTSBURGH STEELERS or HEAVEN'S JUST A SIN AWAY or IT DON'T FEEL LIKE SINNIN' TO ME

as a group or wynona by herself always puts on a amazing show live
Wynonna has the talent and really broke free from her Mother musically. Now if she could shake the emotional damage she would really fly.
Thank you Tasha!! They were awesome in concert. Jo Dee Messina opened for them here in NC back in the day. You should check out Tanya Tucker, Crystal Gayle, KT Oslin.

Aaron Neville covers George Jones. Check out “The Grand Tour”. You’ll dig it. New Orleans represent!!
This was their first big hit back in the very early 80's and I was working as a country DJ in our small hometown AM station at the time. I remember the whole station staff looking at that first album cover and arguing about which one was the mother and which was the daughter.
" Rocking with the rhythm" and "have mercy on me" are also great
Alter Bridge-Watch Your Words
I saw them at Fiddler's Green in Colorado in the late 80s. Such beautiful women and voices.

Back when female acts were actually played on Country radio as much as male acts. Hardly any female artists played on Country radio these days.
Please listen to Dolly Parton singing a duet with Boy George called YOUR KISSES ARE CHARITY. Worth a listen👍
