Naomi Judd not only sang beautiful harmony with her daughter Wynonna, she also was a songwriter as well as a nurse. She is also the mother of the movie actress Ashley Judd. Naomi wrote their hit Love Can Build A Bridge. So many great songs to listen to..my favorite is Rockin' To The Rhythm of the Rain.
"When an old man dies a library burns to the ground" I have never heard that before but wow! That is so true. Keep the Judd's on your list to for more songs - they have some songs with super powerful meanings. Their sound is like the roots of country music.
Usually it was the women who kept the family records and the family Bible, with the genealogy and the story of the family. They normally outlived the men, too. So talk to an old lady!
This is one of those songs, that gets only more relevant as time passes. It was performed back in the mid 80's but, could have easily been written in today's atmosphere. *The Judds; Mother: Naomi Daughter/singer; Wynonna 2nd Daughter; Ashley Judd. Hollywood actress..
I have never made it through this song without ugly crying. My grandpa introduced me to this song when I was younger so it is very close to my heart. Thank you for this! 💕
same but it was my grandma, I never knew my grandpa. My grandma is the reason I am alive because my mother was a worthless mother. I associate this song with my grandma, she used to sit there and tell me stories of her past growing up on the farm and her parents and aunts/uncles and grandparents.
The song put me into tears, I’m the grandpa and my heart breaks seeing what my grandchildren face. I miss that time, there was still some honour among people. People knew how to talk without everything being profane. The good old days were not always good, but they seem to be better than today.
OMG!!! My all time favorite country duo EVER!!! This song got me through some very hard times. I was going name my daughter after Naomi Judd but my grandmother passed away while I was pregnant....needless to say the name changed. That line about "daddies never really never go away" hits hard if you grew up without one!!! Thank you for this!! Please go down The Judds rabbit hole.
Amber, I doubt you'll see this, but on a personal note, your good vibes and positive spirit is there just when it seems I need it most. I've been going thru lot of hard times lately, and Amber's smile happened to be just what I needed. I doubt you realize how important a "silly YT reaction channel" is to people, but I believe your purpose is to make the world a better place, one smile at a time. Even though it seems small, it can be life altering when you reach someone desperate to find a glimmer of positivity in this cruel world. It's so comforting to know there are good, decent, intelligent, and loving people out there; and that I'm not alone. MR ROB, hold on to that angel tightly!! Rarely does a man receive that kind of blessing! Much love to your whole family, and keep doing God's work. Thank you both from the bottom of my heart
33 years ago I lost my Grandpa, I was 8 years old. My Grandpa was everything to me. I would be at his house and wait in the window with his dog for him to come home. I would sit and watch him while he ate and watched cartoons. I would watch how people respected him. Unfortunately he got cancer really bad and went through chemo. Out of all his kids and friends, my mother and I were the only ones helping him. We would walk him to the bathroom and help him, I would help him if he was throwing up blood, etc.. the last night I saw him my mom and I tucked him into bed. I remember everything on his night stand and the last book he was reading. I leaned over and kissed him on the forehead, hugged him and told him I loved him. Wish that kiss was and hug was just a little longer. As a kid I played this song almost every day for many years. I still lay on his grave and talk to him and my Grandma. I ask him for advice and let him know I try to be even half the man he was. Love you Grandpa 🙏🏼❤️
Growing up, my siblings and I lived with our Grandparents. I've spent endless hours of listening to their life stories. They instilled the love of family, take care of others that need help at any time, and sooo much more. I still carry with me the things I've learned from them!
Glad you finally did the Judds. You should do "Rocking to the Rhythm of the Rain". If you do a stage video you'll get a better sense of Naomi's harmonizing.😊
Finally so glad you’re doing this one. I knew it would touch you both deeply and personally. Naomi passed recently her daughter Wynonna sang lead vocals while she harmonized. One of the the best country music duos ever. Ashley Judd actress ,is Wynonna’s sister.
The Judds are fantastic! Have not heard this song in a while .The song brings back a different time, a better time, a simpler time! Thank you very much!!
Was just talking with my 89 year old aunt about her late father last weekend. She's so disturbed about the crime and hate everywhere and talked about her childhood in a small town and attending church every Sunday with her parents. This song makes me cry.
You got that right sissy but just about any song that wyona is singing it's going to be it's going to be baby it's going to be pretty good now I mean the song that you talk about is damn good I love it I do but I mean damn she's a songbird as you make anything sound good honey indeed
I'll tell you another man that can really sing good as Kenny's brother you know Kenny Loggins he's got a brother named Dave Dave did it Dave D a v e Dave Loggins he's got a song too baby kick ass it's a damn good song and a damn good singer you put them together Please Come to Boston that's the name of the song baby it's called please come to please baby please come to Boston and Dave Watkins Dave did it
I think some Dwight Yoakam hello baby Dwight Yoakam would sound real good you probably don't know it but you might want to look it up baby and then give it a spin Jen
I loved knowing my parents values….my dad was born in 1914, and my mom in 1920. We grew up this way. Our values were the same. I wish I could think of all of the special memories and feelings from those times. I sure loved the peace and family life we used to have in our own family, or with grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. Trying to hang onto those values takes a lot of effort in these times…
This one always gets me choked up! Mama He’s Crazy, Rockin’ with the Rhythm of the Rain, Love Can build a Bridge. The Judds are amazing! And Wynona is a phenomenal solo artist as well! 🥰
Their last public performance prior to Naomi taking her life due to depression was on the CMA awards when they sang one of their signature songs, "Love Can Build A Bridge", with an amazing choir signing the words for the deaf. A must see.
I am 64 now. I remember when we were little (I was oldest of 5) we would load up to go visit our grandparents About twice a month. BEST memories is pulling up and smelling grandma's fresh baked bread and also sitting on front porch listening to Grandpa telling all the stories of his early years. Memories !!!
The Judds have a HUGE library of hits! Change of Heart really shows off Wy’s vocals. I also love: 1. Give a Little Love 2. Let Me Tell You About Love 3. Rocking With The Rhythm 4. Mama He’s Crazy 5. Young Love 6. Girls’ Night Out 7. Why Not Me 8. Love Can Build a Bridge 9. No One Else on Earth (Wy solo) And so many more….!!
I grew up listening to the Judds and then Wynona became one of my faves in college, especially her song, No One Else on Earth. Other amazing Judds songs include Mama He's Crazy, Why Not Me, Rockin' to the Rhythm of the Rain, Born to Be Blue, Love Can Build a Bridge, Give a Little Love...just to name a few. Also it would be great for you to watch them live so you can see the chemistry they have as a mother/daughter duo. They had a rocky relationship but all of that disappeared when they performed together! RIP Naomi.
I didn’t think I would get emotional hearing this song again but this is one of those songs you remember where you were when you first heard it. Rest In Peace Naomi. You are missed.
I wasn't a huge country fan (even though I live in the South), but I discovered the Judds when I was in high school because my boyfriend liked some country music... isn't how that works? LOL So I was turned on to them when they first came out (in the 80s) and was mesmerized by their amazing vocals and solid messages. Wynonna has an incredible voice and I think you will like a lot of their songs! "Why Not Me" was one of their first big hits. Oh, and they do a great cover of Elvis' "Don't Be Cruel" also! Thanks for the reactions - you guys are so great! : - )
R.I. P. Naomi. The Judds were outstanding. So many songs. Great duo. The effortless harmony in their voices was and still is one of the best duos of all time. I put this song on from time to time as a reminder to my kids to slow down and remember. A lot can be learned from this song.
I love your reactions!! You can't go down the Judd's rabbit hole without reacting to "love will build a bridge". It was written by Naomi and recorded in 1990. The message from that song still resonates 30 years later.
I saw theJudds at their first concert. They opened for The Oakridge Boys in Omaha. I turned to my mom, who came with me and said these two are going to be BIG!
This song was playing the day my grandpa died I was three year's old when I found him dead in his bed he alway's liked this song I was alway's grandpa's girl😢
The Judds made some really beautiful music. This song reminds me of my own grandfather, and the stories he would tell. He passed away in 1998, and with him went all the memories of a lifetime. So if you still have grandparents, have many conversations with them, because once they're gone, so are all the memories. As for The Judds, try another good song by them called "Love is Alive".
The Judds had an almost unstoppable string of hits during the 1980s -- and, like all great, classic music -- it sounds just as good today as ever, and as it will in another 50 years.
“Love can build a bridge” is also a favorite of mine- And Wynona has a very blusey solo song called “That was yesterday.” Based on a true story- R.I.P. Naomi Judd ❤️🙌🏻❤️so tragic- 😞
This song is one of my favorites. My grandfather passed on (the only one I knew), he would tell us stories about the old days in eastern Kentucky. He is missed, but he would be so sad to see how things have become in the name of progress.
“Love Can Build A Bridge” is one of my favorite songs. So beautiful. I think you guys would agree. Wynonna is lead singer and has been called a female Elvis. She’s also had several solo hits.RIP Naomi🙏
Wy and Ms. Naomi actually attended my home church in Brentwood, TN. We were so blessed with an epic music ministry there and they sat in the last pew every Sunday. I had my new baby son so I sat back there as well. They just loved on John Travis and were such nice folks. 🙏
Thank you thank you thank you so much for finally tapping into the Judds! They have a phenomenal catalog of endless amazing music. The Judds were so amazing. After Naomi was no longer able to continue on, Wynonna ventured out on her solo career. So so many amazing beautiful songs. I don’t think they even had a bad one. In my opinion. Definitely continue on into the judge rabbit hole. You will be so grateful you did.
Country has great duos. Kenny Rogers and Dottie West singing "When Two Fools Collide" and the Kendalls (father and daughter) singing "Heaven's Just A Sin Away". Like always, thanks Amber and Jay
Love Kenny R & Dottie W together! They are the forgotten duo in Coutry Music. Also Jim Ed Brown and Helen Cornelius. Most of todays singers don't know how to do good duets. They think another singer singing backup is a duet. They need to take lessons from the above singers & Conway Twitty\ Loretta Lynn, Dolly Parton\Porter Wagoner, Johnny Cash\June Carter Cash. I could name more, but l will quit now.
My mother took me to see the Judds in 1987 at the Hultz Center inEugene, Oregon. They’re abilities as performers impeccable. Wynonna Judd was an extremely gifted live musician (guitar/vocals) while her mother, Naomi Judd lit up the stage with her charisma and playful interaction with the audience. It was magical evening which I will forever cherish!
Wynonna's voice matured through the years, and was likened to a female Elvis, when her solo career exploded in the 90s. Her solo song "No One Else On Earth" (1992) should be next. Also, check out "Ain't No Thing" (2016) with Susan Tedeschi!! You'll love it!!
This song has been making me cry for 30 years. 😭 The 80s and 90s churned out a ton of country that ended up in the mainstream, crossing over to pop. Gart Brooks - Friends in Low Places, Martina McBride - Independence Day, Shania Twain - You're Still The One, Brooks & Dunn - Boot Scootin' Boogie. And TONS more! Dolly and Kenny, Reba, Trisha, Clint! So many! You've already reacted to several of them, but there's plenty more. 😁
Wynonna’s voice is so good! Check out “Mama He’s Crazy”. There’s a third Judd (Wynonna’s sister), not part of the singing act, but she’s a famous actress, Ashley Judd. Here are some of her movies “Heat” “Double Jeopardy” “Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood”.
Ugh this reminds me of my grandpa. He loved The Judds and it was the first cd I bought because of him. And he would play this on his guitar. Now I’m going to go cry
I don't if you've heard much Merle Haggard Merle Haggard could he sing? Oh indeed he could he's got a song I think you like the song would be that's the way that's the way baby that's why love goes That's the Way Love Goes that's the name of the song Sugar Merle Haggard play that baby you love it
Great choice. They pretty much dominated the country duo throughout the '80s... Also, Naomi has another famous daughter besides Wynonna (Who also has a solo career)... The actress Ashley Judd is also Naomi's daughter, and Wynonna's little sister. Also check out their hit song "Love Can Build a Bridge" It was pretty much their swan song as a duo in 1989, with Naomi's retirement, and Wynonna going solo. If you want another Female Friday nomination, I suggest the Forrester Sisters. 4 siblings with a very rich sound. Two hits of theirs would be "I Fell In Love Again Last Night" or "I'd Choose You Again".
I am shocked that y’all are just getting to this Iconic duo. They have a deep rabbit hole of really good songs. Happy you discovered them. 😊 They also have one of my favorite Christmas albums. please think about adding them to your list.
Try ROCKIN TO THE RYTHEM OF THE RAIN. love the Judds. great live. For a Female Friday you should also try Kathy Matea The song is ASKING US TO DANCE but everything on that album Time passes by is great.
I remember some years ago. My mom brought my grandpa with her to come visit us. Well grandpa wanted to go sit outside (because that's what he likes to do). I later followed and so did my brother. There he started telling us about he used to grow grass (St. Augustine grass) because he used to sell it to make some extra money. And then he went on to tell us how he met our grandma. I sat there, listening to him with tears rolling down. I soaked it up, because I knew that someday. He wouldn't be with us any more. Grandma was already gone at this time. And now, when I hear this song. It really makes me miss my grandpa sooooo much!!
This song is insanely important to me. The record, yes vinyl, this song was on my Grandfather owned. Rockin’ With The Rhythm. This song was both his and my favorite song. We listened to it together a ton. He died in 2007 and this song has been extremely difficult to listen to since then. Than Naomi’s death a few months ago added to the difficulty. All that said, Jordan and Amber, thank you for this.
I'm so excited you've discovered the Judds! They have an amazing catalog, both as a duo and for Wynonna alone after her mom retired. They won duo of the year for both the country awards shows for virtually every year in the 80's. Check out Wynonna's Girls with Guitars - such a girl power anthem I bet your girls will love. Some other great country options for Female Friday: Dottie West (A Lesson in Leavin), Kathy Mattea (18 Wheels and a Dozen Roses), Barbara Mandrell (I was Country When Country Wasn't Cool), Shelly West (Dottie's daughter) (Jose Cuervo), Lorrie Morgan (Except for Monday) Plus a couple of others that you have touched on, but need to dig a little deeper: Anne Murray (so many good ones, but my favorite is A Little Good News - released in 1983 and still so relevant), The Chicks (Wide Open Spaces or Cowboy Take Me Away)
Beautiful harmonies. The Judds are so right about the old days. People had respect for each other and everyone wanted to help each other. Now people don't even talk with their neighbors. Poignant and wonderful song. Great reaction. Buckets of Maple Syrup love from Canada ❤️ ❤️ 🇨🇦🇨🇦
Ooo, me too!! ("Rockin'...")
love can build a bridge great
Double Jeopardy
Is a good movie Ashley Judd is such a underrated actress
"When an old man dies a library burns to the ground" I have never heard that before but wow! That is so true. Keep the Judd's on your list to for more songs - they have some songs with super powerful meanings. Their sound is like the roots of country music.
Roots of country music…..I like that. So true
This is awesome
Cool!!! I’ll remember this!
In my family it was the women who kept the stories
Usually it was the women who kept the family records and the family Bible, with the genealogy and the story of the family. They normally outlived the men, too. So talk to an old lady!
I love the Judds. You should check out Mama He's Crazy, they have such good harmonies.
Thats a great song, but for harmonies, Love Can Build A Bridge is likely their best. At least imho.
Mama He’s Crazy is one of my favorite songs.
I agree but a live version. I have two particular videos in mind. 😆 🤣 😂 anyone guess?
Personally, my favorite.
The Judds: Mama He’s Crazy; Rocking to the Rhythm of the Rain. Turn it Loose
Live versions please.
Oh I forgot about “Rocking to the rhythm of the rain” oh damn.
"why not me" or "have mercy"
Love can build a bridge is a must by the Judds.
yes please!
I was just going to say that. Though I would be glad to see them react to any of their songs. The Judds were so special.
YES!!
Exactly!! Its a must ......
YES!!!👍😃❣️😃👍
The Judds are amazing. They don’t have a bad song🥰
Not a single one!
That was going to be my exact comment. ❤
no they don't!
Truth
Facts❤
Wynonna Judd had a great solo career as well. She’s a great vocalist..
Love Wynonna’s music too!
Oh, the Judd's. This is a lovely, wholesome rabbit hole to dive down.
This is one of those songs, that gets only more relevant as time passes. It was performed back in the mid 80's but, could have easily been written in today's atmosphere.
*The Judds; Mother: Naomi
Daughter/singer; Wynonna
2nd Daughter; Ashley Judd. Hollywood actress..
The “man” of the family ran off and left Naomi to raise the two daughters alone so that line about fathers leaving was personal.
@@a.n.7863" Men" Ashley and Wynona had different fathers.
I have never made it through this song without ugly crying. My grandpa introduced me to this song when I was younger so it is very close to my heart. Thank you for this! 💕
Same! I ugly cry every time. 😭
Me, too, y'all. Can't take it
same but it was my grandma, I never knew my grandpa. My grandma is the reason I am alive because my mother was a worthless mother. I associate this song with my grandma, she used to sit there and tell me stories of her past growing up on the farm and her parents and aunts/uncles and grandparents.
The nostalgia with this one, another one y’all will love is “Mama, he’s crazy”
Sighhhhhhhh
I'm not a country music person but I saw them in concert many years ago and they were fantastic. Such a loss losing Naomi, may she fly high and free.
The first concert I ever saw as a kid was the Judds. good times.
They were hilarious in their live shows
❤
The song put me into tears, I’m the grandpa and my heart breaks seeing what my grandchildren face. I miss that time, there was still some honour among people. People knew how to talk without everything being profane. The good old days were not always good, but they seem to be better than today.
Amber your dad was so right. when I was growing up a man's word was good as gold. A hand shake was like a contract or a bond.
RIP Naomi... I still have my Judds Greatest Hits CD... just about worn it out.. loved those harmonies
When you looked at each other that first time, I literally cried. You guys are just too cute!!!
Love can build a bridge by the Judd's is absolutely beautiful
Yes, please! I requested this quite awhile ago and was so happy when I got my alert!!Thank you!!!!
Amber, I doubt you'll see this, but on a personal note, your good vibes and positive spirit is there just when it seems I need it most. I've been going thru lot of hard times lately, and Amber's smile happened to be just what I needed. Oh this really hit me when I needed it. Thank you for this ❤️ truly - Amber
'Rocking with the rhythm of the rain' another hit from The Judds.
You two are bringing back the good old days! Your family is such an inspiration.
33 years ago I lost my Grandpa, I was 8 years old. My Grandpa was everything to me. I would be at his house and wait in the window with his dog for him to come home. My mom listened to the Judds all the time and saw them in concert with her friend. Rest in peace mom, Connie and Naomi!
Glad you finally did the Judds. You should do "Rocking to the Rhythm of the Rain". If you do a stage video you'll get a better sense of Naomi's harmonizing.😊
Great call, I remember loving that song. I'm lucky I went through a "country phase" in the 80's when The Judds owned the airwaves for a minute.
Or why not me? Heck all of them. Lol
Girl, that’s deep!! Profound!! I love that!! When an old man dies, a library burns to the ground. Wow.
Finally so glad you’re doing this one. I knew it would touch you both deeply and personally. Naomi passed recently her daughter Wynonna sang lead vocals while she harmonized. One of the the best country music duos ever. Ashley Judd actress ,is Wynonna’s sister.
Watch the Judds farewell tour live. Will make you cry
The Judds are fantastic! Have not heard this song in a while .The song brings back a different time, a better time, a simpler time! Thank you very much!!
Rest In Peace Naomi. Love the Judds
Was just talking with my 89 year old aunt about her late father last weekend. She's so disturbed about the crime and hate everywhere and talked about her childhood in a small town and attending church every Sunday with her parents. This song makes me cry.

I'm suggesting Mama He's Crazy live. Lol
Their last public performance prior to Naomi taking her life due to depression was on the CMA awards when they sang one of their signature songs, "Love Can Build A Bridge", with an amazing choir signing the words for the deaf. A must see.
Thanks so much. I love the Judds. Naomi was such a sweetheart 💕.
"Like a John Deere Tractor (In a Half Acre Field)" - Great song by the Judds, you'd both love it...
Yes...

1. Give a Little Love
2. Let Me Tell You About Love
3. Rocking With The Rhythm
4. Mama He’s Crazy
5. Young Love
6. Girls’ Night Out
7. Why Not Me
8. Love Can Build a Bridge
9. No One Else on Earth (Wy solo)
And so many more….!!
This song and band both have so much meaning and is more important now than when recorded. Made me cry.
This is my favorite Judds song 🥰.
I cry every time I hear this song ❤️
OMG it's about time you listened to The Judds so many amazing songs
I grew up listening to the Judds and then Wynona became one of my faves in college, especially her song, No One Else on Earth. Other amazing Judds songs include Mama He's Crazy, Why Not Me, Rockin' to the Rhythm of the Rain, Born to Be Blue, Love Can Build a Bridge, Give a Little Love...just to name a few. Love the Judds! "Why Not Me " and "Mama He's Crazy" are other good songs of theirs.
Mama's he's crazy live.
I have been a Goth/Punk my whole life......and I love The Judds. ❤️
One of the most beautiful songs byThe Judds is, Love Can Build a Bridge. Please please listen. You will not be disappointed!
So true! It is sad especially knowing that Naomi is gone (the mom).
I wasn't a huge country fan (even though I live in the South), but I discovered the Judds when I was in high school because my boyfriend liked some country music... isn't how that works? This excites me so much. I adore the Judds I have wanted you to react.
"River Roll On" is a favourite. The harmonies are really beautiful.
I love your reactions!!
You can't go down the Judd's rabbit hole without reacting to "love will build a bridge". It was written by Naomi and recorded in 1990. The message from that song still resonates 30 years later.
Yes, and even more so after her passing.
YES! Rockin with the Rhythm of the Rain and Turn It Loose are my two favorites from them. Love and miss Naomi dearly. Such wonderful talents.
OH! And watch them live! They have so much energy on the stage and you can see them both really shine.
Oh hell yeah. I love this song. Fits with Gran Torino as well.
Mama He’s Crazy, Young Love, Love Can Build a Bridge…love them all, but these were favorites.
The mom passed away not to long ago… this song makes me cry
These ladies have a huge catalog of hit songs 🎵
This song reminds me of my Dad and my son's relationship when my son was little.
Kathy Mattea - Where Have You Been is an excellent song - story telling at its best!
Another true tearjerker!
The Judds had an almost unstoppable string of hits during the 1980s -- and, like all great, classic music -- it sounds just as good today as ever, and as it will in another 50 years.
“Love can build a bridge” is also a favorite of mine- And Wynona has a very blusey solo song called “That was yesterday.” Based on a true story-
R.I.P. Naomi Judd ❤️🙌🏻❤️so tragic- 😞
Man, all these years after this was released this hit me hard today. I appreciate this song so much more now
This song is one of my favorites. My grandfather passed on (the only one I knew), he would tell us stories about the old days in eastern Kentucky. He is missed, but he would be so sad to see how things have become in the name of progress.
My mother would sing this all the time, what a precious woman that left this world, this one hit me hard.RIP mom
Best female duo ever!! Their harmony is second to none. They have so many good songs y’all definitely need to dive deeper into their songs!!
I have been SO waiting for you to do the Judds!!!! So many AMAZING songs!
"YOUNG LOVE" is a great one....!!!
"Love can build a bridge" is another.
Country has great duos. Kenny Rogers and Dottie West singing "When Two Fools Collide" and the Kendalls (father and daughter) singing "Heaven's Just A Sin Away". Like always, thanks Amber and Jay
Great choice The Kendalls (father & daughter) singing "Heaven's just a sin away', not necessarily for the lyrics, but the HARMONY!
And of course Brooks and Dunn, and the Bellamy brothers…:)
Don't forget George & Tammy loretta& Conway, Dolly & Kenny. All great duos
The 80s and 90s churned out a ton of country that ended up in the mainstream, crossing over to pop.
Yes but they have to do a live version reaction. I'm going to keep saying it so they see it. Lol
Beautiful song!
Don’t let it make us sad, let it ground us again. ❤️
Ugh this reminds me of my grandpa. He loved The Judds and it was the first cd I bought because of him. And he would play this on his guitar. Now I’m going to go cry
I'll tell you what the country at this time in this time era it was so good so good but why Anna she's the Jets had such
I don't if you've heard much Merle Haggard Merle Haggard could he sing?
The Forrester sisters song “Men”. My favorite
I am shocked that y’all are just getting to this Iconic duo. They have a deep rabbit hole of really good songs. Happy you discovered them. 😊
They also have one of my favorite Christmas albums. please think about adding them to your list.
So happy to finally hear The Judds!! Thank you! Please react to "Love Can Build a Bridge".
Love Wynonna's "She is his Only Need.."
Beautiful.
That one always gives me chills.
Please do more of the Judds and Wynonna! I love them!
Love can build a bridge is by far one of their best. And so so good. Much like this one. ♥️💖💜
A must listen...
The live performance on the CMA's so powerful.
You'll like "Rockin With The Rhythm of the Rain", "Young Love", "Mama He's Crazy", etc...
Wynona’s Girls With Guitars is amazing…I recommend reacting to that one. (She is the daughter of the duo.)
❤️❤️❤️ My granddaughter cries when she hears this song, about her Papa, her great grandfather. He told her wonderful stories. Rip Papa 🙏
Some other great country options for Female Friday: Dottie West (A Lesson in Leavin), Kathy Mattea (18 Wheels and a Dozen Roses), Barbara Mandrell (I was Country When Country Wasn't Cool), Shelly West (Dottie's daughter) (Jose Cuervo), Lorrie Morgan (Except for Monday)
Plus a couple of others that you have touched on, but need to dig a little deeper: Anne Murray (so many good ones, but my favorite is A Little Good News - released in 1983 and still so relevant), The Chicks (Wide Open Spaces or Cowboy Take Me Away)
Please consider reacting to the Judds’ Love Can Build a Bridge. Beautiful song.
The Judd's is a rabbit hole you have to keep going into ..They have countless number one hits...
