In 1973 my Mom had a Coronet 440, gave it to my brother, boy did we have some good times in that thing. Then he lent it to a friend one night who got drunk and wrapped it around a telephone pole😩
Most likely 122,000 miles, people did drive these cars... My Dad and his old timer buddies are 84-95 years old the ones that are still kicking today and they drove those cars and bought them new! By 1980 they had over 100,000 miles on average, yes Hemi cars unless used for a drag car since new but most were driven..383,440 cars are well past 100,000 into the 200,000 mile range. I know lots of 60 year old who bought them used in the late 70's or 80's even dont understand the 5 digit odometer..Even people try to verify mileage and they leave gaps in years to cherry pick mileage..To me mileage means nothing, its how the car if mostly original is preserved.. I am NOT bashing the car,its a great 122,000 mile survivor type car..That is also low mileage and complete and you can tell never wrecked.. Example my Uncle is 86 and the original owner of a 70 Cuda 440 6 barrel he bought new in 1970,he had 260,000 miles and in 1982 rebuilt the engine and new paint, car was nice but minor chips and parking lot dings and a scrape on the fender so new paint was done.By 1986 it looked new again..Car has over 320,000 miles today and its the best driving handling Cuda I ever drive..I did buy a supposed to be a 80,000 mile original 70 Cuda 383 to find out the car had 180,000 by searching paperwork, car did drive darn good too. This was in 1989.. Love the Coronet nice original condition!

I would love to See the 71 Charger/Superbee ?! In the backround. Anyways nice Hemi car !
Noted!
Weird how Dodge would build a car like that with a column shift, probably how it was ordered when new.
There's no fooling you! 😂
Columb shifter was much lighter than floor shifter, makes perfect sense to me.
