Best year of the Charger in my opinion. The front grill looks mean as hell and the double barrel shotgun tail lights is the one of the cleanest muscle car rear ends in my opinion.
I think you're right. I collect 1/18 diecast movie/tv cars and recently bought a Bullit Mustang, it's due to arrive soon. But the 68 Bullit Charger is like $200, more than I can justify paying so I picked up a black 69 Charger that looks almost identical, the tail lights are not round unfortunately, and the front grill is the same but split. It'll due cause it's a second banana car for display and you won't see the tail lights or much of the front grill, and it was $34, all I have to do is a little work on the hub caps and it'll look close enough for rock and roll.
@@JustDriven Yeah they look great, but hindsight is always twenty twenty. I'd love to have them on the diecast, but I'm not paying $200 for the privilege.
So cool next you just need the Steve McQueen green Mustang that would be definitely one of my favorite vehicles to see and you know that he did all of his own driving stunts too and it's so cool cuz back then it was like so predominant that these that these cars were manual just dropping clutches and banging gears so cool
We have a Mustang build we started restoring to be the green McQueen Mustang. But we have shifted gears on that a bit and might do something different.
Very nice. Was not expecting the modern tunnel ram fuelie atop the vintage BB Mopar, but it didn't disappoint either, that's for sure. If it runs as good as it sounds, it's a solid upgrade.
That's a good question. Some of the materials could possibly last longer. We always try to pick a quality material we think looks good and should last a long time. Now you have us wondering if they last longer than back in 1968.
That's a proper villain's car isn't it, it just looks like it's up to no good. Everywhere it goes people think it's shop lifting, and at church it steals the donation money, it may have taken your lunch money as well. You see that thing around you keep an eye out on it.
It's too bad Bill Hickman passed away before you guys rebuilt the car that made him famous from his first movie/stuntman career that got started way back then. RIP Bill Hickman. You were a hell of a bad guy in the greatest car chase that's ever been filmed.
Awww…I liked the White🤣….anyway Good Job ! I’ve watched Bullet 4-5 times…what really makes it Fun is I Grew up in San Fran…I’ve watched Bullet probably 2 more times in the Last 5 years🤑
I burned a valve showing of to a friend at Kroger nobody called the police 351 c Mach 1. I learned enough from my GM Buddy at 17 I rebuilt the whole engine. We was MOPAR guts but I learned to like most engines I heard they trashed 3 RT charges .
@@JustDriven I just did a roof skin on my duster that I’ve had for 30 years. I’m on my second block in prime I’m i I think I’m gonna go back to the original color which is Tawny Gold. It’s been purple for 30 years.
That's awesome! We lucked out with this Charger. The Fast and Furious Charger we weren't as lucky with. The recent Barracuda we picked up is in pretty rough shape but we can't wait to get our dirty little hands on it!

The round tail lights are so classic looking. We all think they should have kept them.

@@robertkees6048 I am actually building a 1:25 scale model of the car right now
Awesome charger! one of the best looking classic muscle cars ever!!!
We agree with you!
Here from RestoMods lol, you guys killed it with this 68'. amazing work.
Thank you so much! We had so much fun with that build.
That is beautiful my dad had a black 68 I love them wish I had one looked that good
Thanks. We love a mean ole Charger around here. Maybe you could restore one?
Looks amazing!
Classic, simple, and perfect for us!
Wow!!! Pretty amazing work and transformation.
Thank you so much!
Absolutely perfect
Thank you so much!
man that is too sweet
Thank you!
Ben spoilt with charger content on this channel lately :)
Yah you have! When it rains...?
This channel rocks. With Adrian being my favorite. Just seems like a true master craftsman.
Thank you so much. We tell Adrian how awesome he is all the time.
Dad had a '66 383 but liked the '68 round talk lights!
Awesome! Sounds like he has great taste.
Great job guys, Awesome! Didn't see any R/T badges however.
They're there. We added them as a cake topper/finishing touch.

Thank you! It runs smooth and sounds tough! And we love being able to row through the gears, putting that power into our own hands.
I think if you show this to Vin Diesel he would love to drive it
We've seen the way he drives Chargers....haha.
Looks like you got everything right except the engine and transmission
Yah, we had to balance what was seen on screen with attempting to not go overboard (like we tend to do).
I have same hub caps on mine, like to do the same on mine although there not to bad
Do vinyl tops installed today last longer than before

Thanks a lot!
That looks like my dad's driving & now I passed it on to my daughter!
❤️
@@JustDriven thanks Justin,,,!
Look at her now. Strutting around the shop in her new heels.
Lookin' all fine.
That was great fellas!!!! talk about a dream car oh my gosh!!!!
Thanks! We had a lot of fun with this one.
Very nice job only thing I would change is the exhaust to be quiet
Thank you!
Well done!
Thank you!
Show de bola perfeito 🎉
Obrigado.

Definitely lunch money.
🤣😂🤣
Amazing!
Thank you!
So now where is it, what's the plan?
We got an offer on it and it just sold.
Ship it to my house.
We did. It came back to us saying "undeliverable." Not sure what happened.
Damn, I wish I had one like this
This Charger was in amazing shape.

The white was awesome, but the black was the menacing look we were hunting for. Only twice in 5 years? Maybe it's time to watch it again!?
Nevermind, just saw em
🤘🏼
What are the specs on that cam?
We didn't change any of the internals from when we purchased the vehicle from its previous owner.

Muito obrigado pelas suas amáveis palavras! Estamos felizes que você tenha gostado do vídeo e da nossa versão do Dodge Charger.
My car!
Nice. You've got one heck of a sweet ride!
Vin Diesel would have a very big smile on his face.
He saw our other Toretto Charger but didn’t get a chance to see this one.
I wish you guys would build a Dirty Mary Crazy Larry 69 Charger
That would be a fun build! It's something we could talk about here at the shop.
@@JustDriven I hope YOU Will do it,not just talk about !! With Mary, this funny NASTY Girl.💖💝😂😂
Car transform's from the White "Good" guy car / to the "Black" bad guy car. Car Look's much better in Black.
It almost looks wrong in white doesn't it? We agree with you 100%.
U forgot the Dana 60 rear end, thanks for the reply, i dint like the modern injection, otherwise incredible job.
But what about the things we didn't miss?
What is the top speed? 🛺
We haven't measured top speed.
Why doesn’t everybody do this to their cars?
I thought you were going to attach an emblem. 😐
We do a little more than emblems. Although emblems are important.
How are you gonna do all of that work and not can those pizza cutters?! Great work overall though
Trying to match that movie car.

Should of painted it white which was probably the original color n much more rare.🤦🤦🤦🤦
We love the way black looks more on the Charger.
