How would you prepare if you wanted to shred the duck with its crispy skin?
I found the same packet of duck breast at Coles! :D I tried it today following the recipe's temperature but the meat was a bit tough. It's my first time cooking with duck. Would you recommend to cook for a shorter time or increase the temp and decrease the time? Thanks! :)
I would say lower temp and longer time to start and crank up to crisp the skin at the end. Thanks for watching!

It may sound counterintuitive but duck meat is tough when undercooked. I would suggest cooking for longer until the internal temperature reaches 170F-175F (medium). A meat thermometer is your best friend :)

No Asian grocery in the neighbourhood and Safeway online have been showing these pancakes as ‘out of stock’ for nearly 18 months. The only way I can get them is in the overpriced Luv a Duck kit.
