Reserve Bank of India should immediately stop funding government of India as RBI doing it from 5-6 years which shouldn't now as available fund should be pooled with RBI only to make it richest entity, by getting return from pooled funds by investing in gilt securities which provides secured returns with negligible risks, Government of india should primarily bring permeability in earnings and spending of government of India as processes should be kind of permeable as students of 10th, 12th, graduation, postgraduations, citizens should've all information regarding earnings and spending of government of India as government earnings and spending, fund availability became lucrative not only for headless chickens to indulge in political endeavour for making money from it rather than serving people's of their's constituencies so as to Motherland but also attached people's of government machineries specifically Bureaucracy as well to encourage Corruption at different operating levels.
